We purchased a 1-year license for 20 users, yet we constantly receive “license limit reached” errors as if we’re using an unlicensed version. This has directly disrupted our operations as an IT firm.
Support tickets submitted via email go unanswered, and we’re unable to open tickets through my.anydesk.com due to system errors during submission. At this point, we’re receiving neither proper service nor a refund.
Before purchasing, ask yourself: are you willing to put up with this?

I've tried ~a dozen Remote Desktop Apps (Ammyy, Splashtop, VNC, UVNC, TigtVNC, Windows RDP, ConnectWise, Chrome Remote, AeroAdmin, Supremo, Join.me, Remotely, LogMeIn, NoMachine, TeamViewer {TV was my go to for years}, etc) but AnyDesk is the easiest to use, benchmarks well, has great features, a small footprint, etc. For Simplicity & Speed: Choose AnyDesk if you prioritize ease of use, speed, and low-latency connections, especially on limited bandwidth.

I have been using AnyDesk for quite some time, it's simply the best there is when it comes to remote access and work. It just works!

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. The other remote program that I was using went up to over $750 per year. AnyDesk was reasonable and much less expensive. It's easy to install and use. That's important when dealing with inexperienced computer users. I'm happy with the service and the performance of the program.

I have used it once, then out no where I found that I was on yearly subscription without my knowledge. And took the money without my knowledge. When I try to communicate with me, the were very rude and ask to submit a clear and documented explanation reason for cancellation.
As it’s know, even if I made so called subscription, it wouldn’t be for a year.
But when I explain to them, that I haven’t used nor do I need to use it, they informed that wasn’t enough reason to cancel the yearly subscription.
In general it’s a trap and thief

I so need to share my experience with something that happened yesterday with Anydesk.
I have been a loyal Customer with them now for a few years, and took on a SOLO account for £154.80 per annum, which allows a licence for up to 3 devices, 3 logins, and up to 100 managed devices for Unattended Access.
On a positive note, Anydesk has been quite reliable, and quite hassle free, compared to it's rivals.
Then yesterday, 4th September 2025, I was informed by email that my annual subscription was going up from £154.80 to an extortionate and ridiculous £262.80+VAT (£315.36p), that is more than double, and their reason is "costs"??
So as my current subscription expires on Sept 19th 2025, I decided to quickly cancel the next subscription, as no one in their right mind should
even be allowed to double a subscription for no real valid reason.
Suffice to say, when I tried to cancel my subscription on the Anydesk website, it said "you cannot cancel, we need 31 days advance notice"
of cancellation request before renewal.
(I have all the screenshots etc to prove all of this).
I rung my bank, and asked them to cancel all future subscriptions from Anydesk, due to the extortionate and unjustified price increase of more than double. The bank were unable to, as the money will be
taken by Anydesk from my 16 digit bank card number.
Anydesk have thought of everything to make sure that I cannot cancel the next DOUBLED subscription, for a service I hardly even used that
much. Let me remind you again, from £154.80 for the last few years to £315.36 from Sept 19th for the same thing for 12 months.
I emailed and contacted Anydesk several times, they have ignored my messages, and I am wanting now to warn others, do not be scammed by this Company, the only word I can think of is "scam", as no one should ever be allowed to put a subscription up by more than double, and then NOT allow you to cancel.
I do hope that this message reaches all future Customers thinking of doing the same as me, and I hope this helps a little.
I've been using AnyDesk for a few years to stay connected to my devices when traveling for work. It's easy to use, responsive and stable. The support team is also great, they respond promptly when I reach out with issues and I like that they have options for chat support and phone support beyond the normal ticket submissions. I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

Terrible.
As a small company we used to buy Anydesk on a regular basis for 2 years. Our Team of 4 engineers used to parallely work on multiple systems.
Recenly we renewed the same licence, but suddenly our engineers couldnt work on it parallely.. They said parallel connection requries addn purchase and it was due to some issue with their servers we were able to use it. Okay, we understand but shouldnt you reach out to us regrading the same? Instead of trying to sell your licences. Never going back

Twice Used AnyDesk remote technicians to rectify access to certain apps and subscriptions, was scammed out of over $2500 and PayPal costs during both occasions with false promises and product. A Microsoft and “web root” subscription which expired recently. Very disappointed.
I strongly recommend not using this company.

The added 1000 second timer when they (falsely) accuse you of professional use is just ridiculous.
Before that it was a great software, now it is ruined.
Given there is RustDesk now, which is free and open-source, the obvious choice is to uninstall this and use RustDesk.

I never used anydesk before and when I tried I have timer 2000 secs to allow me to use connection which is 2 min and again 2000 secs timer.
Bulshit i will never buy it for 250 eur month.

Had the worst experience with an online service and customer service in my life. They make sure you have a hard time cancelling your subscription. I was refused a refund even though I made a cancellation request exactly 30 days before the subscription renewal (immediately after receiving a notification about the upcoming renewal). The cancellation button on their website was not working. Customer support have never responded to my requests.
I have never been more disappointed from a service in my life. The business is not ethical and uses shady practices to charge you for a service you have clearly stated you don't want to use.

So I need to pay almost 23€ a month, because I've connected to my son's computer to help him over 30 times in the past 8 weeks?
That's ridiculous.
Find a better piece of software, people.

We’ve been loyal users of AnyDesk for around 3 years, using a single license shared within our team to monitor and connect with over 10 staff members — all working perfectly under the previous plan for around $370/year.
However, after our license expired on June 5, 2025, I renewed as usual, assuming everything would work the same. To my surprise, we could no longer connect to more than one person at a time. Shortly after, I received an email from AnyDesk informing us they had changed their plan — without prior notice — and our license no longer includes multi-user connections.
When I asked about upgrading to continue using it the way we always have, the quote given was nearly $4,000, which is outrageous compared to what we previously paid. Even worse, they refused to refund our renewal, citing a policy that cancellations must be submitted a month before — but how could we have known about these major changes in advance if they never informed us?
This feels incredibly deceptive. We paid for a service expecting the same functionality, but the terms were silently changed. There's no fair warning, no grace period, and no flexibility in resolution. This is unacceptable business practice, especially for loyal long-term users.
Unless they resolve this, we will be looking for alternative remote access tools — and I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing.

The product works well - but they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. You must cancel a FULL MONTH before the renewal date. I tried to cancel online 29 days before renewal and could not. I was referred to support and they confirmed I needed to cancel the renewal at least 30 days in advance. Not a good business practice. They also send out lots of unsolicited emails trying to get you to upgrade your license.

AnyDesk supports multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, which enhances its versatility. However, the free version is limited in features, particularly concerning unattended access. This is inconvenient for me

AnyDesk started to spam ads after performing almost any action when attempting to remote in, or even during a remote session, such as hitting the Windows key. It's almost to the point of being unusable. First TeamViewer with the "commercial" account lockouts, and now AnyDesk making their software ad popup hell. Very dissappointing.
