I was very impressed with the speedy service. My goods all arrived in rural France safely - most people find it hard to locate my house but AnyVan managed with no problems.

Collected a fridge. Took the doors off to make it easier to carry which included, obviously, taking some screws off.

They then drove off without the screws. They didn’t answer the phone when we attempted to call them to tell them after they had left.

They arrived at the destination and told us we’d have to go and pick them up ourselves.

Got in contact with customer service that said the screws were not part of the delivery and that they’d only take the fridge. But the screws are part of the fridge?????

They would then end the chat every time we got through to someone.

Do not go with this company, they were so incredibly incompetent and rude. We haven’t had a good experience with a single person we have encountered.

Great service, friendly staff and delivered on time.

Obviously my fault for expecting a simple instruction like “please close the front door behind you when you’ve loaded the van” to be followed, but had my former neighbour not noticed a few hours later, the buyer might have got a nasty shock when they arrived to start work on the property in the morning. It’s kind of a basic thing really, isn’t it?

Price was outrageous (even for a same day booking), and conveniently couldn’t access the credit balance I had on account from a few weeks earlier to mitigate what were unexpectedly and unavoidably last-minute changes to my late mum’s house clearance arrangements.

I will never use AnyVan again. And if you value basic things like drivers actually following a simple instruction to close the front door, I suggest you think twice too.

Good service and a good price, will definitely use again.

This company is a total disgrace with regard to their customers..
The two men were fine, but the company rules they have to apply are a rip off..
You have to list your items you want moving, but if you don't specify say, a single bed and include the mattress, they charge you extra..
If they have to go up stairs for any items, they charge you extra..
We had put all the stuff in the front room to make it easier for them.. When they got to my sons place, they would only put the stuff downstairs..
They have so many hidden extras that are not made clear..
I will advise anyone I speak to, not to use this company ever..
Even a one star review is to good for them..

I don't normally leave reviews but just wanted to say my first experience with Anyvan was 10/10 for moving furniture. Booking was straight forward and pricing is very reasonable. The driver Claud took great care and effort to move particularly heavy furniture through limited access. He went above and beyond and i'm very thankful for all his help., even the seller i arranged collection from said he was fantastic. What a great employee to have represent the company and has definitely made me want to use Anyvan again. Thanks again!

Everything was carried out seamlessly. Pick up and delivery communicated at every stage. Lovely delivery men.

From start to finish AnyVan kept mee informed of everything all the way through the process. Made me feel comfortable as moving house isn't an exact science, I'm sure solicitors like throwing in curve balls for the fun of it. AnyVan we're happy to accept ammendments up until the 11th hour in case of changes. Ian an his team arrived on time, courteous, caring, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. I will never use the Anyvan app again because my moving process, which I had planned for Friday, ended up being completed on Tuesday, and I paid an extra £500.
