Anyvan service was absolutely cheating.i paid £134,for picking item.but they didn't pic the item and says they cannot refund my money.they don't feel shame by collecting money without doing their job.i informed the customer service,they just simply said they cannot give money back.dontdont trust this service,not trustworthy.

There was an issue at collection and the anyvan driver was first class. He phoned me, asked if he could pass on my details to the seller, and was calm and professional. I got a follow up call from anyvan to ask if everything had been sorted to my satisfaction. The driver delivered my item and was professional and courteous, throughout. Brilliant, professional, outstanding service from start to finish.

Andrew was extremely professional and got the job done with the time booked.

I used AnyVan to move a sofa and armchair from Rugby to Leicester, I cannot praise them enough for their excellent service, brilliant website, great communication and reasonable prices. Highly recommended! :)

Did a great job from start to finish

Peter and his crew were very professional and made things easy for us.

I rang the company to book transport of a lowered sports car and after a long phone conversation I was reassured they would use extended ramps and that it being lowered was not as issue, however, they did not use extended ramps nor was the driver aware that the car was lowered

While loading the vehicle, the front bumper was damaged beyond repair and the driver never rang me to say that an accident had occurred nor did he let me know when the car had been delivered

AnyVan did a 1st class job, they collected my classic car and delivered it without a problem, Andy was very helpful and worked very hard as it wasn’t an easy job.
I would recommend AnyVan to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service levels. Booked two identical vehicles to be moved, one moved with hidden charges and the other still here two weeks after the collection date. Constantly lied to when calling after four failed collections!!!
Final response from them is they will cancel the booking as the vehicle isn't within their T&C's even though they moved the other vehicle.
The company is a joke!!!

The guys who came were efficient and helpful. They were late arriving, but that was due to problems on the previous job, and the company was helpful in their response to this.

They made the removal very seamless

The guys came earlier than planned and finished everything very quickly. They were respectful and effiecient. One issue I had was they carried 3 large leather bags not from their handles , that caused the three bags to rupture and I now I have to replace these bags. Other than that service was excellent
