Your order was actually shipped just 29 minutes after you placed it. Right after you placed the order, you contacted our online customer service to rush the shipment. We explained to you that it was busy we need to process orders in sequence, but you remained extremely rude and even resorted to insults. We sincerely ask for your respect, as our customer service representatives are just doing their jobs.
You have made multiple purchases on our website, and we have fulfilled every single one of your orders. Despite this, you keep accusing us of being scammers every time, which is both unfair and untrue.
Since your order contained a large quantity of Materials requiring separate shipments, our initial customer service representative became emotionally distressed due to your continuous insults. However, as soon as another representative took over your case, we promptly processed the refund for the remaining portion of your order.
We value every customer and strive to provide the best service possible. We hope you can view this matter objectively and treat our service staff with the respect they deserve. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

I placed an order more than 12 hours ago, and I am still waiting for delivery. I contacted customer service through the online chat to request a specific timeframe, but they offered no help and only told me to wait. Their claim of "fast delivery" is completely misleading and feels like a scam at this point.

Took 4.5h (from order) until i got a notification, that i was not available and they ´d like to deliver. 60sec later i had been online, but no delivery. The other person went offline 5min later. Checked the customersupport -10min waiting time. This is not convenient. Just refund worked fine. I ordered via another provider.
