I spent about $500 with this company…
I spent about $500 with this company and gained a .2% discount as a “loyal customer” (pitiful). I just got done working through my last order I’ll place with them - it took 4 hours to deliver one item. Funny thing is - they never had the item to begin with, so it ended with them issuing a refund after offering 20 different items that were worthless and wasting my time. I asked them if there was compensation for my time being wasted and they offered me a one time 2% discount code. 0/5 stars if I could.

Horrible Experience
I'll tell you all about AOEAH and the customer "support" I received from Sherry for order LAO2605033AC5C202.
Firstly the stock on their website is fake, the heavy loads are not available and they claim a "fast delivery" when I have been here waiting for the simplest gold delivery a person can make, for 2 hours!!!
I don't care if there's a load of order traffic or if you are understaffed, you claim fast delivery, then prove it.If you can't deliver a simple gold order in time then as least put the effort in to put a warning on your site, alerting buyers BEFORE they purchase and making them wait HOURS to receive their items.
The customer "support" they offer is the same thing of you talking to a brick wall, they do not offer any kind of support instead just piss you off with stating the obvious on all lower case like I'm talking to an unprofessional 12 year old.
I'm still waiting for my order as I am writing this review.

I was right, they are out of stock for the items they are selling and I got confirmation for it by another customer support employee named Zella that said it is out of order, EVEN THOUGH Sherry assured me they had it, they dont even know what they have in stock,avoid buying from them.There is screenshot proof of it and anyone that wants it please let me know.
