I purchased a 3D inner laser engraving machine from AOL Laser and CNC Jinan, from China. I always ask for a picture before shipping, they sent me pictures, I was okay, but when I received it, the computer was replaced with an older one, the screen monitor as well as keyboard and mouse were missing.
It is very annoying as they were very available until I reported an important software which changes the 2D to 3D software for laser engraving.
They are not honest and will not respond to my multiple requests to get me help.
I am still trying to get help, but so far no response, I am escalating this higher.
Do NOT buy from them, do Not waste your time and Money.
This review will not change unless they fix my issue!!
