Wors customer service!!!

Their service is weak. They offer the best offers, but they do not deliver on time, even 5 days later.
I placed an order on Monday 13/11, and I was supposed to get my phone on Tuesday(they offer next-day delivery). So I didn't go to work on Wednesday to get my phone, so I lost money to wait for nothing. However, the person who posted my phone did not write my full address, so I did not receive my order, because DPD didn't have my actual address!
I spoke with AO customer service and they put a note to DPD, however, the DPD driver doesn't have access to those notes.
I don't know why they can't work together and deliver my order for more than 5 days.
Today I spoke with both DPD and AO, and both gave me different information regarding my order, DPD said they'll not deliver because AO didn't provide my full address, no matter AO Mobile said they wrote a note.
The whole process of buying phone from them is nightmare!
