Great customer service. Rita replied fast and accurate to my inquiry and assisted with a missed discount. It was much above my expectations. I haven't received my C6 Pro yet but if it works as well as the customer service they have then it can only be good.

I bought the Aoocci C6 pro to fit to my new Triumph Tiger Sport 800, including the front and rear camera , the TPM system and the personalized boot up screen. The installation was straight forward, I was dreading the awkward task of routing the cables to the battery and front and rear cameras. It was quite east with some basic skills required. I powered it using a thunderbox, so no drain on the battery whilst bike is not running. Had an issue with the tyre sensor showing opposite values but an email to Nikki rectified this with me using the correct procedure. Have used Google maps and MRA a paid version and directions via the unit is spot on. Great to see the alloted speed limits displayed to. All in all I'm delighted with the unit and camera displays and assistance by Nikki.

TLDR: They ignore you if they can't repair it under warranty and/or talk in circles.
Ordered a monitor. Was very happy with it until the Carplay/Bluetooth would disconnect suddenly during a ride. I'd have to power cycle the monitor for it to re-connect. This happened within the first couple weeks.
I reached out and they had me ship the monitor to them for repair under wararnty. They said they repaired it, but once I re-installed it, it had the same issue.
When I told them it wasn't fixed, they stopped responding to me emails. I've sent multiple follow-up emails and Whats App messages over the last month. Nothing.
I will change my review if they resolve the situation.

Update:
They finally reached out once I gave negative reviews but they refuse to acknowledge the issue claiming they've done testing and that it meets their standards.
I've tried multiple devices and they all randomly crashing when paired via bluetooth Carplay.
In Aoocci's facebook groups, you can see multiple people reaching out with the same issue so it seems like it's a fundamental issue with their software or hardware.
Also, the power button has also stopped working which they think is caused by water damage (without looking at it) despite it being rated as IP67 waterproof.
I've been dealing with this for 8 months now (Within Warranty).
Overwall, terrible experience. Do not buy from them because they talk in circles in hopes that you give up when you eventually run into issues.

I had a problem with condensation inside my screen. I emailed the help centre with photos showing the issue ,had a reply from Estella who gave me some advice on how to possibly resolve the issue. This did not fix the problem so I emailed Estella again with photos of the screen and she agreed to send me a new screen straight away..can't fault the customer service 10days later the screen arrived ..

No hassle after sales service with great communication and understanding.
I had a broken camera bracket for my C9 unit.
Just confirmed with a simple phone photo and new bracket was posted with tracking.
The unit itself works great and makes my drive more pleasurable and with convienient driver friendly control of phone features.

The Aoocci C9 is a great unit and works very well. Installation was easy, but does require some technical know-how for connecting power. I like the Android Auto/Car Play aspect. Some people may prefer a unit like the C6 which has GPS built-in and doesn't need your phone to provide location etc.
After sales support is fantastic. I needed to order some new power wires and Nikki was very helpful and provided kind assistance.

Rita, a representative of Aoocci contacted me within 24 hours and helped solve my teething problems, which were probably my fault in the first place. Thank you for being so supportive.
I purchased a C3 unit for my motorcycle, very happy with the unit and easy to setup. I had a problem with the screen, contacted support and the response from Nikki was fantastic. A replacement screen was sent to me, and it is now working 100% now. I recommend Aoocci products and the after sales service.

I purchased the aoocci c9 max which came with front and rear cameras and also 2 tpms.
The main unit is excellent quality and the cameras are well made. The whole system is easy to install as it just plugs together. The only problem that I had was getting the tpms to pair up. I contacted customer services for help and after talking to Estella they offered to send me out a replacement set. Once received they connected no problem.
The quality of the system is excellent as is the customer services. Thanks again to Estella for all her help.

Ordered a C3, however upon arrival it had a defect. I contacted support and explained the situation. Rita, of customer service, offered solutions to solve the defect. however no luck. Rita offered to replace the unit and explained very well the procedure. I send the unit back and send a copy of the shipping costs ( I live in Europe) which were credited within a couple of days. After 2-3 weeks of sending the C3 back I received another C3 which works perfectly.

Completely blown away by the quality, price and functionality of the C6Pro.
However, despite being warned I dropped one of those impossibly small screws holding the memory card plate in place.
Not a problem, as Nikki from customer services responded to my request for a replacement within an hour of mailing her.
Within 24hr a couple of spares were dispatched with a screen protector I had ordered.
Absolutely amazing support and product.
