Fobbed off with poor fish and poor service
I have serious doubts about the fish I've bought being safe to eat. The company called me the day before it was delivered to say it had been frozen. When it arrived it had a shelf life of 48 hours, was not frozen and there was no label on the packing to say it had been frozen and defrosted. There was a strong smell, even though the fish is still in its wrapping. No response to two emails to customer services. Frankly I feel I've been fobbed off with fish that's very close to its use-by. There's insufficient paperwork, and the phone call I had was very misleading. No more orders from me.
