Horrible Product Support & Service

Our X-Maker printer stopped functioning after a year of limited use. We attempted to order replacement parts over a month ago. Initially they just didn’t ship the printer head we ordered at all. The customer support rep stated that they “thought it may have been shipped”, but apparently had no way to verify. Eventually after an additional week of back and forth, AOSeed finally claimed to have sent the printer head. This time, it appears that FedEx lost the item (although it isn’t clear whether it shipped). I have reached out daily for a resolution/update, and as others have noted, they will string you along with perfunctory replies, but without actually responding. I will update this review if I ever receive my item, but I am not optimistic.

Parts never delivered

We enjoyed our printer for 18 months. The time came to change printer head due to clog I couldn't resolve. Ordered 2 printer heads which their company states was delivered. We never recieved product. I contacted customer support which they asked me to look for it. Obviously we didn't recieve. I asked for photo proof of delivery which they said they requested and now they won't respond to any further messages...they have essentially ghosted me and will not resend product never recieved. Terrible customer service and still haven't recieved photo proof it was even delivered to right address.

DO NOT BUY A 3D PRINTER FROM THEM, GARBAGE PRODUCT AND ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELP

Their 3d printer arrived having issues out of the box alongside having physical defects from manufacturing. Immediately began the process of trying to reach out and get help from them, for 6 weeks they have given me the runaround, they will respond and say they're looking into something and then not respond for a week to two weeks at a time, I will have to send multiple emails to them to even try to get one single response, but it's always some generic excuse. Had they responded promptly I would have been within the warranty window, but they purposely try to drag things out and not respond I think so that they can say oh it's been too long. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to work through this with them and I spent over $340 with them. Avoid at all costs

I strongly advise against purchasing…

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered the X-MAKER 3D printer and it arrived on Dec 2, 2025, with a ripped plate cable. The packaging was completely inadequate, offering almost no protection for such a delicate component.

After contacting support, I was asked to either repair it myself or wait for their return depot to be set up in January. I chose to return the unit, and they received it on Dec 15, 2025. Since then, I have been met with total silence. Despite multiple inquiries starting Dec 17, they have failed to initiate my $300+ refund or even respond to my emails.

Save yourself the headache and $$$$$ and go with a reputable brand that prioritizes secure shipping and basic customer service."

Aoseed refuses to send paid for product…

So I ordered a 3d printer from Aoseed Corporation for Christmas. I received an email saying it was on the way.
After 5 days I tried tracking it like it said I should be able to and FedEx said it was an invalid number.
I emailed aoseed and they said it should be here soon, they sent it through UniUni, and it was in Dallas. They said if I hadn't received it they'd send one through USPS or UPS.
Uniuni claims they delivered it, yet we haven't received it. Aoseed said to prove we didn't receive it.
