It arrived damaged and you took ages to sort it out cost me a lot of money as had a firm booked to put it up and then it turned up damaged but to late to cancel

The 4-in-1 velvet feel double sofa bed arrived very well boxed. I was very thankful that the delivery driver Roman took the box up the stairs for me. The instructions were very straight forward and I put it together by myself. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone 🙂

Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service! I bought a shoe cabinet. To build was nice and easy, no problems. Put shoes onto the shelves (its a shoes cabinet therefore this is its purpose) and within an hour the bottom shelf collapsed. An hour later the top shelf collapsed. Emailed customer services who said as a 'gesture of goodwill' ??! They will refund me 20%. After I responded saying no, I'd like a full refund they have responded saying ok, 35% or you can pay the delivery yourself to return a faulty item. Emailed again to advise I will not be accepting either offer. Now awaiting response. Terrible customer service, really letting the company down. I won't be using again.

Cheap plastic
Do not buy cheap garbage broken bashed when opened the box , parts missing and unwilling to source me the part, I paid 329 pound for a shed I put in the bin as bits were bashed, I know my six months was up as I didn't build it for a while but they weren't interested, keep your money and shop around
