I bought a aluminium corrosionfree pergola which has corroded so much in just 5 months that its falling apart. No response from customer services for a week.
Edit: I got a response of a reimbursement of 40 euro for my 300 euro unusable pergola. Something is not right with the good grades for this company.

The products I purchased arrived very well packed, and needed assembly. Assembly was quick and very easy with perfect instructions. The products fitted together perfectly.
