As I read the other reviews, I realised that it is harder and harder to buy anything online any more. I ordered two sets of hearing aids from them that were called VIREXO. I got this generic useless and cheap contraption that do not work. I have emailed them three times and have not gotten anything close to refund or a return address to send them back. Unfortunately I have been scammed and there is no way I can get my money back. I feel like an idiot. There should be a way to intercept these sites that have popped up every where that falsely advertise products or nothing comes at all. They take the money like it belongs to them. There is no integrity and honesty. Trust Pilot is I think the only thing that is putting a small dent into all these scammers. I am so disappointed.

This product is not as advertised not VIREXO BONE CONDUCTION SMART HEARING HEADPHONE. We received call MG8 it doesn't act as a hearing aid. The ON/OFF is not in English and there are no instruction as to how to change the language. I’m trying to return for a refund but it doesn’t look good. Three emails, not return or refund information sent.

This is quite a useless hearing aid. I fully charged it (I guess but none of the buttons work) and nothing happened. I’ll try getting my money back but it doesn’t look good. Anyone else have any luck?

We purchased 2 of these AC/Heating units based on the reviews we saw on TrustPilot. They were very high. Today, I see that they only have a satisfaction rating of 2.9.
The units do not cool, are not whisper quiet or even have a place to choose a fan speed and arrived with the outer plastic packaging torn in several places and the boxes quite bashed in.
Do not buy this useless product!

I purchased set of conduction hearing set and received a no name brand made in china and I’m flat out hearing anything but a low mumbling which can’t be understood.

The order was for a set that assist with hearing. Your packaging has been thrown out and I’m left with a useless product.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Sent me something totally different to what was ordered. Said they would refund. Now ignoring all emails. Don’t waste your money folks!
