Easy to put together only took about an hour. Maybe you should sell 100% install and just make the shipping box a little bit bigger I would pay more in shipping if already put together. Other then that I love my e-hike

I have 2 ebikes
I have 2 ebikes. A very speedy one, more of a street ebike and my Aotos, I take this one everywhere! I live in a rural area so the Aotos is perfect!!!

Allowed assembly in the shade
I picked up the bike at the Philadelphia warehouse. The people there were very nice and allowed me time to assemble the bike in the shade because I had a bike rack, and could not fit the entire box in my vehicle. They even kept all the packaging so I didn’t have to dispose of it,

Issues during kickstarter but love bike overall
There were some issues during the kickstarter. I didn’t get the lowest price that I signed up for. Also I struggled a bit with getting the phone synced up but support helped me thru that.
As far as the ride of the bike, the quickness and general overall look - I love it!! I have almost 1,000 miles.

Overall, a 4.5 - great brand and bike!
The bike (I have to Flux Pro) gets 5 stars…. 10 if I could. It’s awesome! The after sale service was a little slow, but they did follow through on everything promised, so the service gets a 4 from me. Overall, a 4.5 - great brand and bike!
