An apology to Aovopro uk

So I kind of feel a bit silly putting this on but humble pie doesn’t exactly taste sweet. I had previously put a review stating that I was disappointed with Aovopro uk. And now I’m retracting that statement. Yes I ordered my scooter on the 14th January and yes it’s only just arrived. However every time I had messaged Kagan he did his best to reassure me that the item would arrive. Me being very impatient and a bit stressed out started panicking and wrote a bad review. Which some people might use and think that the company is fake or not very good. When in truth the delays were out of their hands. So I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Kagan and Aovopro uk for my scooter. And I definitely would recommend people bought from them. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars and not 5 is because it took a while to arrive(again not their fault) just a little add on to my previous review I’ve now managed to get out on my scooter and I can safely say that it’s one of the best buys ive ever made. I love it

really bad customer service all round

really bad customer service all round, i brought one of these with the expected delivery to be 24 hours, this as is says on there website is a complete lie, just a quick selling technique to get your money, upon speaking to them, very rude and blunt messages pretty much to sum up saying take it or leave it, as over reviews, only order if your 100% sure your dealing with the right company as these guys have nothing todo with aovo.com the official site.

All they want is your money

So where do I start with this company, really wanted one of these scooters so I ordered one, make it sure it wasn’t a fake I brought it direct from AovoPro uk, the website said that it would be dispatched the next day and I’ll receive in 3-5 days,
After waiting 3 days, we messaged AovoPro to see what was going on and why it hasn’t been sent yet, the team told us it had been sent and we should get tracking over the weekend, bearing in mind, we ordered this Tuesday and now it’s the weekend, we got the tracking Sunday at 4pm for it to say the item hasn’t been picked up from the seller yet, it will do tomorrow morning (Monday) and deliver for Tuesday, well we asked them why there website said all these lies and well in the end, they decided to cancel my order without my permission because I was pointing out the obvious, you AovoPro SHOULD NOT BE MISS-SELLING PRODUCTS !!! lack of information and really spiteful on the messages, stay away from them as it will be weeks before you get your scooter that says it will be shipped ASAP, all lies to take your money
