Parts dented upon arrival
Unable to reach mechanic regarding issues once bike was assembled

Despite pandemic caused delays, I received my bicycle (Jackie) very quickly. Very well packaged also with great assembly instructions. She is gorgeous and rides like a dream! No problems with ordering, delivery or product quality. And according to my bike enthusiast husband, is a very well made bike. Highly recommended.

Received wrong product. Received men's threesix zero bike instead of a woman's white AO bike. Have tried to contact customer service various ways for one week to no avail.

Ordered Maya for myself and Jackie for my boyfriend’s sister as a graduation gift and I cannot wait until they come in! The bikes are all so beautiful it was such a hard decision on which to choose!! Will write another review when the bikes come in!

Ordered the Audrey. Arrived on time and undamaged in shipping, a big plus.
Once assembled, she's beautiful! And much easier to ride than the clunker I previously never rode (too heavy, tires too wide, uncomfortable and so on).
BUT: assembly was not the walk in the park your website claims. I could never have put her together by myself, needed two sets of hands several times.
The assembly manual was confusing for some steps, and the illustrations were difficult to decipher for others. Maybe a video would have been better.
That said, I had a person knowledgeable about bikes to help me and I would encourage your future owners to find someone who knows bikes to assist.
Would give 5 stars but for the assembly hurdles. Also, more accessories, please! Like a selection of beautiful baskets.

An amazing bike. I can't wait to get into a bike ride routine!

It's a beautiful bike. It's easy to ride and very comfortable. My husband bought it for me as a Mother's Day gift and part of the gift was he also put it together!! I was his assistant and it seemed to be very easy to do and he did it very well. Ha Ha! The bike is lovely and I am enjoying it immensely!

Very nice bike. Can't wait to ride around the city in the warmer weather.

This is a difficult time and the process has been pretty good considering. My bike did come with a damaged part and I’m in the process of rectifying that. Hopefully things will go well for replacing that part in a timely manner.

Still haven’t received the bike to turn around and return it- no one has responded to any of my 5 email that started on April 7th

Bike is squeaky and vibrating. Waited over 90 minutes on hold for help and no answer. Bad service all together. Will be returning the bike.

I love my new bike. There were a few small items left out of the instructions. I did figure it out, but I had to undo some stuff to go back to that step, if that makes sense. I don’t know all the names of the parts, otherwise I would expand on that. I am just wondering if the instructions are for multiple models, which is a bit frustrating. I only took off one star for it because once I got the bike assembled, I had a great first ride! Just a few miles so far, but so far no complaints! The bike is ADORABLE, which was the main selling point :) and it works, so I’m happy. Would just like to buy some accessories whenever they are in stock!

Customer support doesn’t respond to emails. I sent two notices, without a reply. Extreme delays for deliveries. Website has no notices posted - it still promotes 3-5 business days. Until after purchase they advise you it’s up to 2 weeks delay. Now I’m in my 3rd week, and still my bike has been received as of yet. I received a notification from FedEx with tracking number 3 days after purchase, but the bike was never released into transit for shipping. Package stayed in California. The poor response to customer service has sucked away all the excitement I once had. As I wait for the arrival of my bike, I can only imagine how terrible the assembly experience will be like.

It’s a beautiful bike. I received it very quickly and all parts were included. I’d give it five stars except that I couldn’t get through to the mechanical help team when I needed them. This was due, I believe, to the virus pandemic.

When will lthe accessories be available?!

While it took a little longer than suggested to put this bike together, I am thoroughly enjoying my ‘Jackie’. Now that I have successfully built my bike, the other advantage is I know how to make adjustments. Very well made, and I love the color.
