I am very, very satisfied with my purchase from Apartment 507.
They have top-notch customer service. They are friendly, nice, helpful, and patient. They explain things very precisely and send instructions with pictures on how to redeem the product or the gift card.
I ordered the product on June 1, 2025, and it was delivered on June 2, 2025, via encrypted email. Regarding the product itself, the 3,000 yen Steam voucher code I ordered was a single code and valid only once. You could redeem it in your Steam voucher account, which means the 3,000 yen was credited to your Steam account all at once. Which I think is great. So 5 stars from me personally. I will buy something from Apartment 507 again sometime soon.

okay so, I'm being dead serious but b4 I found them, I was trying to purchase 3000 yen gift cards on other websites but since i had a us vanilla gift card it wouldn't work, so, I restorted to ebay. happily, I found apartment507 on there. I was in need of a 3,000 Yen JP Eshop card for a VERY specific game. Corpse Party port for the switch. I wanted it since it was announced back in November of 2020. I was kind of crushed to learn that I wouldn't be able to get it state side anytime soon, but after researching I found that I can create a JP region account. I just needed the damn Yen to add to it. After looking up review site after review site, I stumbled upon these guys. I sat on it for a day or so and decided to try it out. 10 hours later (only due to the massive time difference) I am sitting happily terrified playing one of my favorite horror RPGs. They sell things using USD so my PayPal worked just fine and it's a flat rate of $33.00. No pesky error screens and you get exactly what you pay for with no fees. The conversion rate is almost 1 to 1 as well. They do ask for a photo of a piece of mail or ID to confirm your purchase which I found a little odd, but just be sure you black out your DL number and SSN if it's on there along with any other sensitive info. I'm assuming it's to stop scams or robo buyers? They also work 10am-7pm in JP time, so don't expect a response before or after then. TL;DR- You may have to wait a few hours to get your code, but they do work and are fast to respond when you contact them during their normal working hours and I will be buying from them again when I'm in need of more JP codes.
