The cardboard box containing a rose…
The cardboard box containing a rose bush in soil arrived with a large hole in the bottom and left lying down despite the. Instruction on the box to have it standing up as per its instruction. So soil everywhere . Bad delivery!

Not heard of APC before and I must say I was impressed with the service.
I was kept updated and my parcel was delivered in the time frame given.
Courier was courteous and no damage to parcel.

Fast service we wasn’t in and two minutes away from home.
Fast service we wasn’t in by matter of two minutes, used my ring door camera and asked him to leave next to door step hidden and he wouldn’t even when the wife was two minutes away and could of taken a photo for proof.🙈

Pretty good for a first time delivery
Pretty good for a first time delivery, slightly concerned that it said “we followed your instructions and put parcels in porch, when in fact the gate wasn’t even opened and they were placed on the path in full view and direct sunlight!! Could do better to gain 5 stars!

The parcel was left in the green recycling bin which is on the front drive way. The delivery instructions clearly said: green box on back patio.
