It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.
Very comfortable way of car identification. No card is needed, just by camera recognizing numbers. The same way geting in and going out. Very important improvement. Price is the questions of choice.... See more

We recommend saving the QR code as a PDF or storing it in the mobile wallet and maximizing the screen brightness. For larger cell phones, we recommend holding the device at a slight angle to enable better capture of the QR code. After scanning, you will automatically receive an exit ticket. If scanning does not work, please take a ticket and press the call button at the barrier or at the pay machine. Enter your booking number and we will help you to exit.

APCOA - poor performance for 1st time use!
1. After driving from Bielefeld, my arrival to Park Haus 3 was 30 minutes early, and APCOA showed me no flexibility. Having pre-paid, I had to pay more Geld, and waste more time and almost missed my flite to New York! Why put such stress on people over such a small amount of Geld?
2. Upon departure, APCOA's e-Gate failed to recognize my pre-payment, and had to prove this to an employee, where is the competence for such as new Flughafen??

easy to park
easy to get in, and leave. Lots of parking space (at least in higher floors). I only wish there were signs how to get to T2 without going through T1 (you shouldnt use main exit, only one of the side doors). As we didnt see any signs we had to go all the way around.

Good place.
Very busy parking. There are a lot places, but better to reserve earlier. When it is full at 98%, hard to find free place (you have to go from floor to floor, from alley to alley to find a spot). Maybe little led sign green/red will make easier find free place?
