Terrible Service
I am having terrible service from this company. An urgently required 5ltrs distilled water I ordered last week has not been delivered (Royal Mail Track 24), and APC refuse to either send me a replacement or a refund until 30 days has elapsed (in case it's delivered during that time). I have a very expensive photo printer which needs to be flushed through urgently (the fault worsens the longer it's left), and I am now forced to order from another company. The APC customer service person I have been dealing with has not even offered one word of apology.

Emailed this morning to see if it was possible to call in to collect some food grade h202. Had a response in moments. Stating it was possible and what grade would I like so they could check before I travelled. A few moments later received the grades list with volumes and prices. Now my order is picked and ready for collection. 10/10 customer service from a lady named Ellen. Will definitely be returning in future.

Don't have your time wasted by ordering from this "supplier"
Placed the order on a Wednesday for a 1kg bottle of powder having been told by the order process that delivery was Royal Mail 48 (delivery by Monday latest). Had to chase it up on the following Tuesday only to be told that the powder needed to be decanted from bulk and this was yet to be done but would be and that would be posted the next morning. No order confirmation email has ever been sent and the only resolution I was offered was a refund and cancelled order, so I took it!
Job delayed completely unnecessarily for a week. Terrible customer service, a total waste of my time.
Update 18/05/24; response from APC Pure is full of errors/misinformation: at the checkout it certainly informed me that the parcel would be sent by Royal Mail 48 and arrive on the Saturday or Monday (ordered Wednesday), there were no clearly shown caveats regarding stock availability or having to decant from a bulk supply, the whole process gave the impression of a straightforward order. I did receive an email confirming the order was received and "being processed" that was the only communication until I followed it up with a phone call only to be told it was ready to pick and would be sent the following day (7 days after I placed the order).
The fact that they are unable to acknowledge their poor service and listen to my feedback should tell you all you need to know....

I received two bottles of Hydrogen Peroxide both with safety caps, one opened, the other didn’t, it was faulty.
I kindly asked the company for a resolution, to be told that I should use pliers to open and the caps would work. I know how to open a safety cap and replied again asking for a replacement due to the fault. I received the same response again, albeit I was waiting atleast a week for these.
On the third and final email I was told I could return the item at my expense and there was no mention of a replacement.
The customer service is horrendous and I am not the first customer to have issues with this company.
For such a simple issue, I would have expected this to have been rectified within a reasonable timeframe of the complaint being lodged.
As a company I suggest you up your game and please, there is no need to make some ridiculous response to this as you do other complaints. Take the time to make the adjustments within your company.

Failed to supply goods or refund money
Failed to supply goods or refund money. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Unlike other internet suppliers who take the money once the goods are dispatched apc take the money first and ask questions afterward. I have sent 6 e-mails requesting the goods or a refund - not a single reply or acknowledgment. From my experience I would very strongly advise against using this company.
10/05/23 the money has been refunded, however I am convinced that this refund is due to the review above without which - after six requests - the money would not be forthcoming. Any company that takes the money before the goods are dispatched is not to be trusted. I wish I had never heard of these people.

They just dispatch whatever they feel like getting rid of
My journey with this company has been laughable.
I ordered 2no. 500ml glass media bottles and was sent 100ml bottles. No explanation.
After notifying the company, Ellen (very helpful) arranged for the correct items to be dispatched, and shortly thereafter I received 2 more 100ml bottles.
After a second complaint to lovely Ellen, she notified me the items were apparently out of stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks.
Lo and behold! A couple of days later, 2no random glass bowls arrived. I again emailed with pictures of the incorrect products, asking this time just to refund me because - frankly - I don’t believe the company is able to correctly identify and ship 2x500ml glass bottles. This refund request has been met with silence.
So this whole exercise has been a waste of precious time, will not use the company again.
It really seems the dispatchers just send whatever they want. There is seemingly no communication or cohesion between sales and dispatch.

Abysmal company!
Abysmal company. Do not order from them if you want reasonable service.
They promise and charge for overnight delivery via courier then do not deliver their product in time. You have to contact them continually to get updates and even then they do not explain that item will be delayed!
Make excuses for items out of stock, say it is not live systems but nowhere on their ordering systems does it say this may be case.
Customer service is very intransigent to point of being rude.
They then said they will cancel my order because I threatened to leave negative review. This is the type of abysmal company they are!
