The ordering process was super easy, got the shipment fast and everything was included. The instructions were clear and very helpful.
The household water smelled better right away, minerals in the bathroom sinks are noticeably reducing so I’m certain it is helping the appliances as well.

Very poor service
Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, automated system says hold time is less than a minute, but no one answers for 20 minutes. Painfully slow shipping as well.

APEC RO-PUMP System For My Well
I bought the RO-PUMP system to work with my well that has only 35 PSI and water with bad taste and smell. The system brought the TDS level way down into the safe range and eliminated the sulfur smell and taste. Now the water is like clean bottled water and the refrigerator ice maker makes great ice. The pump is virtually silent as it is very low speed (unlike typical pumps). As far as installing it, everything needed was included in the kit. I had never installed a filtering system before and I have to admit that it was a little bit difficult getting everything working without a few small leaks to fix, but APEC was great in responding to every question I had while installing it. Once it was set up properly, the system is completely dry and working well. I am so happy to have gotten this system!
