Wish we'd have done it sooner

It was very easy to get someone with questions or concerns. Had our whole house no salt water conditioning system for a few weeks now and love it!!!

Impressed

I did a lot of research before buying this UC-200 under-sink filter and a separate IL-200 refrigerator filter. In a previous house I had a reverse osmosis system for ~30 years and loved it, except for the maintenance and tremendous waste of water. This APEC system has neither of those issues and the water "tastes" great, in that it has no taste. I wish I installed these systems in my previous house instead of the reverse osmosis system...

The reverse osmosis system that was leaking

The reverse osmosis water filtering system I bought the RO-90 after installing had a leak called and then had to communicate by email told them exactly where and what was leaking had to have a picture of components leaking did this went back and forth for over a week said they were sending the parts I told them was leaking ended up sending me a oring that wasn’t the problem after a harsh email took another week to send correct parts when they should of sent me a complete new one to replace the faulty one I’ve bought 5 of these over the years it’s not fun working on these systems in tight areas under the sink you usually put them way back to not take up storage room have been doing research to find me a new company to buy 2 more units I’m fixing to replace

Product packaging & design

When I bought, I thought 3 filters ( stage 1-3) need replacement every 9 months or so. Why bundle 3 filters & why not include stage 6 too ? We need 4 filters replaced. Pls review your product sales & make logical bundles.
Replacing filters isn’t all that easy, would be great to make improvements.

Shipment arrived quickly

Shipment arrived quickly. Unit was easy to setup and mount. I added a 25 Gallon RO tank. Tank filled quickly and flushed first fill. Subscribed to the 12-month filter refills. Overall, everything was seamless. Haven't had any issues. Thanks Apec
