Costumer service is non-existent
Costumer service is non-existent. They had to refit my front door (Apeer) as was leaking water inside and was not air tight. Plus they fitted it with the wrong colour of cill. Then it was not locking properly so they had to adjust it again. Now rain is coming through my letterbox. Never ending problems. I have tried calling the fitting company again and again and have sent emails to Apeer since 13/10/23 , and have been completely ignored.
Not great customer service and door quality for nearly £4K. Very disappointed and frustrated. The door is clearly not fit for purpose and the installation was appalling.

hardware rusting and poor quality
I recently bought a front door with sidelights and the door is very good but the stainless steel hardware is rusting after only 2 months.
I have been onto them several time and have been given the runaround about how this is normal.
They are saying the obvious rust which is appearing all over the handle and lock is normal and is in their terms and conditions. Very disappointing
Very bad customer service and crappy hardware

Great company to work for!!
As I company we've been number (target)based for a long time need to change that culture to quality based to achieve both.
Apeer door WOW
Just bought an Apeer door. I have to say the workmanship and artistry are excellent. It looks amazing. However the single most amazingly satisfying thing is the QUIETNESS. So strong so secure, quiet and and emmintly stylish! It brings our house to life and gives such a great first impression. I’d highly recommend Apeer doors to anyone. I’ll feel safe in my bed tonight!
Love working at Aperture Doors
I have been working at Apeer Doors for 6 months now and I Love it. I work with a great team that work hard and have a good laugh with one another. I’ve learnt so much about all the different types of doors that we do, and it’s nice to see the finished product once it’s all done. We are very busy and do make loads of doors each week. It’s a great place to work for.

Poor manufacturing, poor customer service
I wish I paid more attention to the negative reviews on here, before we bought a door from Apeer. We bought a silka door costing several thousand pounds, only to arrive with very shoddy workmanship where the glass meets the door. We paid for a premium door and expected one, but apparently their manufacturing is mediocre at best. After we raised the issue with the company that fitted the door, they contacted Apeer and we were told they would send someone to assess the situation. Some days later, a guy came and hastily took two pictures of the door, and didn't even knock on the door. I saw him on our ring doorbell and ran to open the door and talk to him, but he was gone. Amazing customer service. After a month of waiting for their "assessment", they came back and said that the door is of a standard they are happy with, providing no justification or explanation whatsoever. I can provide pictures of the door to anyone who requests them, so they can see how high the Apeer standard is.
Their manufacturing standards and their customer service is ridiculously poor and I would caution anyone thinking of buying anything from them.
Not Watertight!
Door was fitted - looked amazing. Then it rained and water leaked in under the glazing. Fitters came back and smeared mastic around the glass and beading - it now looks a cheap mess. Supposed to be airtight, not even watertight. The mastic will deteriorate and the door will leak again. The gasket/seal around the glass is clearly defective. Still waiting for satisfactory resolution.
