Good company. The silver plate speaker cables really upgraded from regular lamp cord

The customer service was outstanding , with all questions being answered.

Worst service. Collin refused to modify the defective design and refused to resolve the grille issue. The Aperion Audio Virus oups, Verus V8T V3 has poor aerodynamic design, with grilles that create air restrictions. This causes a very noisy, slapping sound, which is awful when listening to music with deep bass.
Beware, do not buy from us.

The sound comes first and we're impressed with the obvious improvement. The stereo imaging effect aka "soundstage" has doubled in height, width and depth. The vocals have become more intelligible, instruments are more present and the performance comes out into the room.
Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. The repair need was able to be diagnosed over email and or the phone. The sub woofer was fixed and sent back to me as working again. The price of the repair and part were reasonable. I was able to speak to a person or 2 over the phone which was nice as opposed to a bot. I had a great experience with this company.

Speakers sound great. Had a few questions and communication was phenomenal. Shipping was quick. I couldn't ask for a better company to buy speakers from.
