I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Shahbaz and Raouf. They were professional from start to finish, really careful with all my belongings, and made sure everything was securely packed. They dismantled and reassembled items perfectly and placed everything exactly where I requested in the new home.

They also did an additional pickup from a separate address, which made the whole move so much easier for me. Truly brilliant service — I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them.

I am an elderly and disabled customer, and this review reflects my experience with Apex Removals.

Prior to the move, my television was in full working condition. After the move, it was damaged, with a large visible line across the screen indicating internal damage. The item was handled and transported by the removal team, and its condition clearly changed while it was under their care.

During the move, boxes (including the one containing the TV cable) were loaded onto the van before any request was made to test the TV. I was not informed in advance that cables needed to be kept accessible. As a result, testing was not possible at the time.

I was also told that unless I signed paperwork, the TV would not be taken. This placed me under pressure during what was already a stressful situation. As a disabled customer, I would have expected a higher standard of care and communication.

When I first raised the issue, I received a phone call and numerous emails stating that the company was not responsible for what had happened to my television. This is difficult to understand given that their own Terms & Conditions state that it is their responsibility to deliver goods undamaged and in the same condition as when they were transported.

In addition, the service was not completed to the expected standard. Some items were left behind, and the move was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Since then, communication has been very difficult. I have had to repeat the same points multiple times, and my concerns have not been properly addressed. The company has relied on internal policies (such as testing requirements) that are not reflected in their own Terms & Conditions. Communication stopped entirely around 26 February 2026, and my messages have not been responded to since.

I am now left without a working television, which I cannot currently afford to replace. The overall experience has been very distressing.

While a partial payment was eventually offered towards the damaged TV, liability has consistently been denied despite the circumstances. Apex Removals has stopped the communication with me about a month ago and no compensation has been given.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure all responsibilities are clearly agreed in advance, particularly where vulnerable customers are involved.

Top job by the boys from Apex move! Sam and Zain helped me move my Uncle from his house into a retirement property. They were punctual, polite and respectful to his situation asking what was to from which room etc. Efficient in loading the van and helping dismantle his display cabinet and bed. Then liaising we me over the delivery to his new apartment and reassembling everything, then sending a video to show him all his belongings were in his new home. Thanks Guys.

The service provided by Apex was fantastic! Excellent customer service from Charlotte, and then both H and D were brilliant when doing the removal. They turned up on time and got straight to work and didn’t stop until the van was loaded and again at the other end, they quickly unloaded. I was particularly concerned about the sofa’s as they were very heavy but they took great care and did a sterling job of navigating one of the sofas from a second floor down a small spiral staircase. Anything they needed to take apart, they out back together again at the other end. Absolutely brilliant guys who worked very respectfully and didn’t stop. Great work H and D, was a pleasure having your help today!

UPDATE ; My name is Steff. I previously reported missing gold and jewelry, but I would like to clarify that my wife has now found them in our suitcase.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion and for the negative review I left earlier. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and I regret any inconvenience caused.
A while ago, I moved with this company. Now, after almost two months, I have realized that our jewelry has gone missing. More than 3–4 pieces of gold are no longer there. This happened after the move carried out by this company.

We have filed a complaint against the company. There were two workers who handled our move, and we would like more information about them as well. We have also reported this matter to the police, and we will find out who took these items.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Naman and Robin were great, and I have no idea how they managed to get some of the furniture down and back into spaces I thought would be impossible! Careful and courteous, just wonderful, thank you.

I will use this company again. Zain and Sam were so polite and friendly, I can't praise them enough! They handled our stuff with care loading and offloading.

Rehan was absolutely amazing - efficient, respectful and friendly - just what you need when moving house! We would definitely use him again.
