The MACH 2 Level 2 EV Charger has been excellent so far. It takes about 8 hours to charge my vehicle to 100%, which is exactly what I expected from a 48‑amp setup. What really stands out is the control you get through the app—you can start or stop charging anytime with just a tap. There’s also a plug‑and‑plug option that lets you completely stop charging without using the tap key, which is great if you want full control over when any car is allowed to charge.

The installation process was straightforward. I went to Home Depot and picked up some SOOW 6 AWG 3‑wire along with a 2‑pole 60‑amp circuit breaker. I ran the wire through electrical conduit and PVC, and everything connected cleanly to the charger. The unit mounted securely, and the wiring layout made the whole process simple.

Overall, the MACH 2 delivers fast charging, solid build quality, and excellent control features. I’m very satisfied with the performance and the ease of installation.

This is a great charger. I love the display screen and I like that there’s a 30 foot cable because most are 20 feet.

Plus, it was on sale, so it was really affordable! I like that you can control it through an app on your phone. I haven’t bought any other home chargers, but of all the ones I’ve seen this one is the best.

It doesn’t even need a cord holder because you can wrap it around the display panel perfectly. The square box acts as cord storage.

They were also very responsive as a customer service team and followed up with me to make sure everything was OK.

This is a high-quality item. From the packaging to the performance, it surpasses many other brands in the same field. This is really the best buy for your money.

Let me start by stating that the ApexCharger Mach3 is a state of the art charging unit. I had a few questions due to the fact I purchased my first EV, a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S. I contacted ApexCharger support by phone and the representative was nothing less than attentive, professional and as knowledgeable as any rep I have ever spoken to on a customer support issue. The representative listened to all of my concerns and addressed every inquiry I had informatively. Two days later, I received a follow up phone call from another ApexCharger rep who followed up with the inquiries from my first phone call and even offered some further advice and suggestions pertaining to the charging unit and the app that I downloaded to my mobile device as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a quality EV charging unit.

It's an excellent, super-fast charger and I would definitely buy it again. The technical support is incredible, very quick and available at any time. The 30-feet cable makes charging easy, and the 5-year warranty is an added bonus.

My name is John Poindexter, and I live in Washington, DC. Tonight I had an interaction with Andrew in customer service, and I felt compelled to share how exceptional he was.

I had lost my RFID card and was initially told that the only way to get my charger working again was to order a new card through the mail. I was very disappointed, as I needed my charger working immediately. Andrew was pleasant, empathetic, and apologetic during our call, and we ended the conversation with no immediate solution.

About 15 minutes later, Andrew called me back. He explained that he had continued thinking about my situation and had come up with one last option that might help. He walked me back out to my garage and patiently guided me step by step through the process. Despite my stumbling through opening the app, opening the wrong app, deleting it, and finally getting it right, Andrew remained calm, even-keeled, and genuinely patient.

Most importantly, he truly cared about helping me out of a jam. That level of follow-through and customer care is something we don’t see very often these days. By the end of the call, we had my charger working again, and I was incredibly grateful.

Please pass this message along to whoever should know. Andrew was outstanding. He is excellent at what he does and deserves recognition—whether that’s a promotion, a raise, or both.

We needed a WiFi car charger for the power company rebate. The ApexCharger came out on top because of the longer cord and good reviews. The WiFi stopped working and the Apex Technology team were extremely helpful fixing the problem. They scheduled callbacks and were right on time. Long story short we could not be happier.

Great EV level 2 charger - gets me to full charge in less than 5 hours- my electrician easily set it up on a 60a breaker

I purchased the Apex charger twice, and my experience has been excellent both times. Their customer support is outstanding. Andrew from the help desk was extremely helpful and responsive. Anytime there was an issue, they were on top of it right away—24/7.

Apexcharger support in my experience has been second to none. Emails are answered almost immediately, often by an actual phone call. The minor issue I had was resolved immediately. Truly a great company that I highly recommend.

I have never had this level of customer service before! My call initially didn't connect, but they called back moments later. I also had a few rounds of questions about hardwiring via email, which they responded to within a few hours at every round. The amazing thing is that their email support is actually technical enough to offer detailed guidance for the special situation we have. The product works great and integrates with Home Assistant through the Tuya Local add-on by selecting the "afyeev_16a_evcharger" device type.

Sent follow-up after purchase to ask if all went OK and to call if I had any issues from Euardo.
Later, I did, in attempting to get the charger associated app to work with my phone and contacted Euardo by email again. Had a call within 10 minutes.
I now know that it was Andrew that helped me through to successful completion of getting the app to work. For well over two hours of getting a 2.4Ghz frequency added to my 5Gz internet Wi-Fi as well as getting all the "Permission" straight on my phone. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, the helper whether from Eduardo or Andrew was totally patient with my phone operation ignorance as well as Ghz issues and stuck with me to a successful conclusion. Both individuals certainly lived up to company claim of "Exceptional Service" and are a credit to the company/

Apex charger is great. Love my product as well as the product support behind it. Charger itself is of great quality and is packaged well. Love the digital display on the front of the unit. Cord length is long which allows me to put my car in different positions. If anything customer support is 5 stars. They get back to you asap.
