My neighbour had a black water leak that permeated the wall into my living room.

After I’d removed the carpet, underlay and wallpaper, the guys came out and sanitised the wall and floor and cleaned the sofa. They also did a sanitising fog to ensure that any left over nasties were dealt with. The scent left behind was fresh and clean.

They were both really personable and very efficient. I hope I never have a black water leak again but I’ll be sure to call them if I have a need to.

Friendly efficient team. Just moved into a new home and a 3 man crew came and did the whole house (4 bed) in 2 hours. They answered any questions I had. Noticeable difference in the carpets and room freshness as the previous owner had pets. Carpets take a bit longer to dry than advised!

After overindulging after the football last Tuesday (19th September), I awoke in the early hours of Wednesday morning to the absolute horror of having wet the bed. Following various websites recommendations, I neutralised the stain with white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. However, it still didn’t feel right so I decided to search for a professional mattress cleaner. The result that kept coming up for the Bristol area was “A Cleaning Service”. I barely saw a negative review on Google or Facebook so thought I’d try them. On the phone, Claudia was really understanding and went out of her way to fit me in for a more urgent slot than what was previously available. On the day of the clean (Monday 25th), Niko turned up bang on time. He was incredibly friendly and laid back. He went through the cleaning process with me and how they do things before getting to work on the stain and general clean. The whole experience was seamless and the mattress appears as normal as it did before the “incident” much to my relief! I’d happily recommend this company to anyone (although I’d hope I wouldn’t need to use them again for the same reason!)

Simon did a great job on my carpets and hard floor. The carpet was stained quite badly and he managed to remove most of it, looks so much better now at a fraction of the cost of replacing the carpet!

Dan first came to clean our carpets a couple of years ago. I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient and most amiable, having pride in his work and achieving an excellent result.
