Dave is a nice person. I ask many questions from and disturb him during off hours he still reply me in a good way. No anger no shouting just handling the situation in a calm way. I will definately book next future tour from him.

This is not a trustworthy company to get your visa from . They even don't know what are they doing for the documentation work. I asked them to book my flight tickets as I was going for Schengen visa I got an appointment for Hungary and they booked Denmark tickets. It is just a waste of money and time so please I would recommend everyone to not go to them . They are not at all serious for the work. Sitting in embassy and having problems what they did . They asked again for money. This company just knows how to take money from people especially that guy Mr. Dave he just calls me messages me for money . Irresponsible company and people working in the company. They should shut their company because they don't know how to work. Useless agents .

Most unprofessional agents ever proper scam,they have blocked my Instagram profile so I don’t review them there which in apex holidays1 so don’t fall for the scam on Instagram as well, specially this number +44 7429 916118! So these people get in touch with me again today and the guy said my manager agrees to pay your amount back but his tone was such I can’t explain in words here right now, the way he said things to me I can’t explain to you guys, so the the amount which is half of the amount I paid to them but they want my statements written in email it seems, I felt pity for the guy if he looses his job and more pity for the manager as he doesn’t choose to get in touch with me personally, again my review remains the same please don’t fall for their trap and save your money, thanks 🙏

My experience was excellent. I had all my visa and 3 daughters paper work organised and appointment booked on time. Our visa took only 7 days. I big thanks to Owen Shaw who made sure everything was ready and organised by time and regards to Peter from flight department.
