Opened when literally received 3 days ago. Have not removed protective blue film for use which had bits missing where picked at by someone already. The whole thing both sides of cutting board is covered with scratches, many deep. Rubbish quality.item. Scratches without a doubt are ingrained into the board. Causing more germ harbouring surfaces than any other board would, it professes would not. I have not returned it as foolish enough not to have read terms and conditions of no refunds on sale items!! Nor did I checkTP prior to buyiñg, Even if faulty and returned at your own cost and replaced, they can send you a replacement as bad and keep doing so, usually returning same item.. knowing you'll give up. Your costs hike up doing so with no guarantee of a perfectly new unscathed board. As do the lengthy wait times from china, not Japanese A1 quality they advertise item to be. Sharp knives indent board each time. Looks like I have to swallow and lose to these scammers £58. Crooks without a doubt. Everything geared in their favour. They know people are unlikely to return them knowing the expense, and as said they return same item to you. Had this issue with Chinese clothing company a decade ago. I paid through PayPal, i didnt this time, and was offered a minimal amount of cost back not the full amount. This all part of scam..Apexiqo are doing exactly the same thing. I refused the clothing co.and only because of PayPal did I get a full refund but not return costs. Have avoided buying Chinese sites since. Could kick myself after a decade for being caught this way again. Scammers for sure. Don't buy from this site. Read T&C's first & check TrustPilot at all times.

Our titanium cutting boards are shipped with a protective blue film on both sides. The purpose of this film is to absorb impact and prevent surface contact during transit. Once the film is fully removed from both sides, the titanium surface underneath should be clean and unused. Any marks visible on the film itself are not representative of the condition of the titanium.
Titanium cutting boards are not advertised as scratch-proof. Like all metal cutting surfaces, they will show surface knife marks over time, especially when used with sharp knives. These are cosmetic marks only. Titanium is non-porous, meaning these marks do not harbour bacteria and do not compromise food safety. This property is one of the reasons titanium is widely used in professional and medical environments.
Regarding manufacturing origin, our boards are made from Grade 1 titanium to our specifications and quality standards. We do not recycle or resend used items, and replacements are always shipped as new products. Suggestions that customers are sent the same returned item do not reflect how our fulfilment process operates.
In relation to refunds, sale items being final sale is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, which are linked at checkout. We understand this policy can be disappointing if expectations are not met, but it is applied consistently and transparently.

According to my response to the last review I left I need to allow time for your busy period? 2 months? I was asked to provide proof I didn’t receive the pot which I did! No response, no new item no refund? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional. I provided all the information requested. Chased the delivery of the pots as the set was delivered separately even though it was purchased as a set. Still no further along! Shame on you!

Can't fault the product or service
I bought a 10 and 11inch titanium frying pan and I'm delighted with mine and so is my daughter. The pans are made of very good quality materials and it isn't too heavy. We seasoned our pans first and they are non-stick and cook food perfectly using a low to medium heat as directed. Any residue left on the pan comes off very easily by deglazing the pan after cooking and it literally wipes clean with no scrubbing. I ordered the pans direct from Apex and recieved the order within 10 days. I had email updates informing me of when the items were dispatched and even when they were loaded on the aeroplane and when they had arrived in the uk.
I can't fault the service I have received.

STAY AWAY from these products / company. The worst quality items I’ve ever purchased. No hallmarks on anything.

Save your money
Save your money, this product is not worthed to buy! Waisted £270 for 2 pans with lids and freebie utensils. They are not special than a regular steeling steel pan. It sticks, it gets darker. You need to master well the temperature to be able to use it without sticking. The pan is pretty sturdy but the lid and utensils are just cheap quality. Save your money! You can achieve the same result with a regular steeling pan.

Titanium cookware does behave differently from coated or traditional stainless steel pans, and as you’ve noted, it does require more controlled heat management. When used at lower to medium heat and preheated correctly, food should release naturally. That said, we understand this learning curve isn’t what every customer expects, and we appreciate you being candid about your experience.
Regarding discoloration, darkening can occur with high heat or oil residue, but this is cosmetic only and does not affect performance or safety. We do provide cleaning and usage guidance to help prevent this, though we recognise that may not fully align with what you were hoping for from the product.

Fake-Fake-Fake
After two weeks of use, my supposed “certified” Titanium cutting board has cut marks from the chopping I’ve done on it. And I had to use steel wool to get rid of a stain that stuck to my non-stick “certified” Titanium frypan.
When I wrote Apex about it, I received a vanilla bot-generated AI response that said nothing. I replied with a request to speak with a real human; haven’t heard anything from them.
These guys are frauds.

We did not ignore your messages or rely only on automated replies. Your initial email received a standard acknowledgement while it was queued, and this was followed by multiple direct replies from a real member of our support team addressing your concerns in detail. At no point was your conversation abandoned.
Regarding the cutting board, titanium cutting boards are not advertised as scratch-proof. Visible knife marks are normal on any metal cutting surface, including titanium. These are surface marks only, do not affect hygiene, and do not indicate that the board is stainless steel or counterfeit. Titanium is non-porous, which is why it remains food-safe even with visible markings.
As for the pan, our cookware is not coated non-stick cookware. Titanium pans behave differently from coated or traditional pans and require controlled heat. Staining or darkening can occur when food is overheated or sugars burn, and using steel wool is not recommended, as it can cause cosmetic abrasion. This does not indicate a defective or fake product.
Your order was placed directly through our official website and supplied with genuine Apex Titanium products. While we understand that titanium cookware is not the right fit for everyone, the claims of fraud and lack of response are not accurate.

My many boards over the years have…
My many boards over the years have concerned me that a real cleaning wasn’t obtainable on these surfaces of wood and plastic without harsh chemicals and of course the decay of these materials.
I rarely review but the titanium cutting boards caught my eye on ability to cut and chop without germ concern and gorgeous didn’t hurt. I’ve used them multiple times and very pleased. Bravo Apex. Grateful ❤️

Great Products
I use my Apex Titanium pans and utensils that came with it every day. I love how easy the pans clean up with dish soap and water. The utensils are light, yet sturdy and can go in the dishwasher. I also have a medium cutting board, and purchased three to give as Christmas gifts. I feel confident using Apex Titanium for my health ( no micro plastics or trapped bacteria)
