8 Months, Lost Reviews Twice, and Still Had to Pay Another Company

We hired Apex Media to help with our Google Business profile, which ended up being down for about 8 months. During that time, we were still paying monthly fees, but nothing meaningful was being done while our profile wasn’t even active.
Because of how our account was handled, we ended up losing all of our Google reviews—twice. This had a huge impact on our business and reputation.
We finally had to hire another company and spend an additional $1,200 just to try to fix the situation. Apex only gave a partial refund, which doesn’t come close to covering the financial and business impact this caused.
I would not recommend this company to other business owners. Make sure you fully understand account ownership and what work is actually being done before committing.

Hey Suzanne, you're reviewing the wrong company. We've never worked with you before (We're Apex Media LLC out of Hudson, WI and we build websites and run META ads - we don't do hired work for Google business profiles In fact, we just optimize that for our clients for free when we build their websites!). I'd really appreciate if you could remove this review. Feel free to reach out to us regarding this situation or if you're interested in working with us (for the first time😅) in the future!
