Reasonably priced, very quick and friendly customer service on the phone and in person

Worth every single penny: I had a bed bug and moth infestation of different severities: from the moment of the phonecall I felt I was speaking with a knowledgeable person that put me at ease. Prices and treatment options were really transparent. They came and carried out an extensive survey as I had requested and also used a tester that could pick up on bed bug presence even at early stages. I appreciated also the honesty on which treatment they felt was going to be useful and what would have been unnecessary and tailored it to our needs and it was carried out swiftly and professionally and agreed on the next steps. In every moment I felt at ease, treated with empathy and explained things thoroughly. I also discovered that they do a lot of other services that might need in the future (plumbing, cleaning, electrical) which they should really advertise. I would totally recommend them.

We had an issue with which the council had failed to rectify, we contacted Apex who came and did and investigate. They quickly discovered the entry point and sealed it off properly never had a problem again. I also learnt some great advice “expanding foam doesn’t solve everything”

I highly recommend Apex Trade Solutions. I was in the process of purchasing a property and I needed someone to come and check if there are any signs of rodent activity. Apex Trade Solutions was efficient in checking the property thoroughly and diligently. Once the property was checked, I was given clear and detailed advice on what to watch out for and how to maintain the property to avoid any activity. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again but I highly recommend to anyone who is requiring efficient pest control services.

Extremely helpful. I sent them photos and videos to show them my concerns and they just gave me advice. I didn’t actually have anything in my house so they had told me to monitor and just gave me advice. They were checking on me everyday to see if anything has changed. Would recommend them 100%!!

We contacted Apex Trade solutions Ltd to fix our bedbug problem. Sola was really thorough over the phone and explained the process clearly with a detailed explanation on what we could expect during each visit and how we should manage things in between each visit. He was prompt and professional with a warm friendly personality which made us feel very comfortable. We had a spray treatment done in all the rooms. The price of the treatment was discussed and agreed during the initial call and everything went really well. After 3 treatments we were bug free!! We would highly recommend Apex Trade solutions Ltd if you have any pest issues.

My landlord kept booking a guy who took forever to get in contact with so I decided to sort things out myself. Initially contacted this company to get rid of bed bugs years ago, they did 3 visits and were very cheap compared to others. Easy to contact by phone - they have a WhatsApp business line so you can just send a message. I really recommend them!!

I received really great advice on how to cheaply deal with pests before paying for professional treatment. This was a complete contrast to some other companies I spoke to who quoted incredibly high prices for professional treatments (which they said were the only option). Highly recommend.

We booked Apex to come and get rid of a bed bug problem. Sola was so helpful over the phone and came and treated the house with heat treatment and a spray. This has eliminated them completely. We also found fleas on one of our cats and so he decided to also treat the house for that. He also came back 10 days later to do an extra spray to just make sure. He was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend if you have any pest problems.
