Shipment delayed
I almost lost hope in receiving the miner. It took the company Two (2) months to ship. It made me lose good time to mine XT. I ordered the Goldshield XT Box when the coin was at +50USD but got it when the coin became +9USD. I gave them 2 stars because of the customer service that responded my messages.

As many miners know, mining hardware is closely linked to market conditions, and coin prices can change quickly, which also affects mining returns.
The delay in shipping was not our intention. The AE1 Lite you first ordered had no confirmed production schedule from the factory. After you requested to switch to the XT Box, we shipped it out immediately once the stock arrived. The factory delay affected the delivery schedule, and we did our best to deliver as soon as stock arrived.

Though I have not received the equipment yet, to date, service from Apexto and specifically Faye, has been superb. Excellent, clear, fast communication and super fast dispatch.
Thus far I cannot fault any step in the process. Many companies could learn a thing or two from Apexto.
