I'm a client of Apfelkiste.ch for many years now. I love the ratio quality/price of their products. The client service is excellent. Recently I was even more surprised by their responsible approach in the matter of keeping our Earth as clean as possible. I find their initiative extraordinary. Bravo!

Absolute scam.

I ordered a glass for my phone and had it professionally installed. The finger print however has marks on it and therefore does not what it promises.

The store offers NO help cause the already sold me a defekt item before and the cancelled the bill for it.

It is not my fault this store sells broken items and makes promises they can't keep or fulfill.

It is really admirable what they do with the return of Aritcles. I totally agree with the idea of causing as less pollution as possible.

Speed in processing requests and very reasonable strategy for making quick decisions.
Overall, excellent service!

I like how their return policy, so practical and environmental.

They sell chinese-garbage products that don't work KNOWINGLY.

Bought a case there, that just made all biometrics unusable as well as heavily restricting connectivity (1-2 bars less on a good day).

Once I refunded it and wanted to send it back they told me to keep the case and they'll refund it anyway.

So they clearly know what they're doing.

Also, the previously mentioned case was not yet rated on their site - I made an extensive reviewing the good and the bad points objectively.

They never let that go through and just deleted my review.

Granted they refunded without a second thought, I'd still avoid the site completely as they don't even PUT THE NAME OF THE ARTICLE IN THE DESCRIPTION. "Phone case almuinium magnetic s23 ultra" is neither a brand, nor a product name. Obviously they don't have a "productnumber" or anyhing from the original producer of the product.

Absolut garbage, Swiss-Wish.com wannabe.

Defect watches - no possibility to get back the money even if it is in the 14day - return period. This is a very unfair process and I think of consult with legal support.

Caring company

The website tells you it will take 2 days for the products to be delivered. 3 weeks later there is still no news. Mailing them doesn’t help, all you get is an automated reply. There is no refunds! Super bad service, I do not recommend buying anything here!

Very helpful when we ordered the wrong phone case, quick response as well.

Never buy from apfelkiste!!!! They don't have a refund policy!!!! If your goods arrive damaged you are done. You'll never get your money back!! I belive they do dropshipping. That might be the reason. I've never seen a situation where you buy something online and cannot return it back!! Absurd!!

order the privacy Panzer proactive glass for Iphone and the send me a knock off brand which i thought to myself, ok will give it a try. Horrible quality and just very unprofessional to send a knock of brand.

Absurd. I bought a selfie stick and it wasn't working. Poor quality in general and it's turning upside down every time I put the phone and extended the arm.
They refused my return request even and they told me that I have to sell to someone else or just give it as gift to someone. That's ridiculous. Better to buy on Amazon next time. STAY AWAY

Apfelkiste is a terrible organisation. It refuses to send invoices per email. They keep referring to their partner availabill AG, who is supposed to send us an invoice per post. We still did not receive the invoice. This was more than one and a half months ago. The order was placed on 11.11.2022. A horrible customer experience, especially since we want to pay the invoice and finish the matter.

Very professional in handling my request in returning my item. They care about carbon emission. I really appreciate it and it was a experience! THANK YOU!
