For example, I selected an Actor that handles posts, comments, and upvotes simultaneously as opposed to one that only returns posts and comments for the same rental fee.

From a purely financial perspective, the cost savings are substantial. I estimate that by utilizing Apify for the deep analysis I now conduct in-house, I am easily saving hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars that would otherwise be spent outsourcing that type of data collection and initial analysis to another company.

Finally, the automation and scheduling capabilities are awesome. The ability to implement a "set it and forget it" approach, scheduling data pulls to happen automatically offline or at specific intervals, saves me literal hours of manual effort every single week.

If I had one complaint, I'd say that their Actor search tool could be improved by adding an advanced search feature. I find that I get a variety of actors for other platforms when searching for example "YouTube" may return Actors for "Facebook" sometimes.
