The director (Annie) is the most unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with:
1. The procedure was botched and caused drooping.
2. Annie immediately after the procedure unsolicited told me that I should get other extreme treatments including chin filler "to improve my face".
3. The clinic apologised (I thought sincerely) so I returned for a basic treatment. Annie proceeded to take me to the treatment room, close the door and interrogate, attack and belittle me about my previous 3 star review. The experience was deeply disturbing.
4. The clinic denied what happened and released confidential patient details.
5. I reported them to the Health Commission and will be proceeding with reporting them to all other relevant bodies.

Come here to get botched and then blamed for it.

Unexpected $600 price difference and an unresolved dispute

I had a disappointing experience with A+ Cosmetic Clinic regarding the price charged for my Ultraformer MPT treatment.

Before booking, I discussed the price with the clinic and received written confirmation that they would price-match another clinic’s offer. The agreed price was $499, and I deliberately waited for written confirmation before proceeding.

During the treatment, I was told that 860 shots would be used. However, I was not told that this would change the price to $1,099, and I did not agree to that amount before payment.

Two days later, I checked my bank account and discovered that I had been charged $1,099 — $600 more than the agreed price.

I contacted the clinic to request a refund of the difference. Their initial response acknowledged that there might have been a miscommunication. However, they subsequently stated that the higher price had been explained and confirmed before payment, which does not reflect my recollection of what happened. I asked them to review our previous written correspondence, but my last message went unanswered.

I also raised a dispute through Wise, my payment provider, but unfortunately, this did not result in a refund.

The most frustrating part was being left with a substantial unexpected charge and no satisfactory resolution, despite having written messages documenting the original price discussion.

My recommendation to other customers is to obtain written confirmation of the total cost, including any additional charges for treatment shots, before proceeding. Do not assume that a previously agreed price will remain the same unless every detail is clearly confirmed.
