This has been my worst experience with…

This has been my worst experience with you. My order hasn't arrived to date, and I submitted a cancellation request, but it wasn't processed. When I contacted you, you made very false promises. My order has been pending for over a month, and no one has contacted me yet. This is an experience I will never repeat, and I will not recommend you to my clients.

I had a horrible experience at the…Westfield branch

I had a horrible experience at the White City Westfield store where I had placed a ring online and was told by the assistant I can’t exchange the ring in store and they can order the ring for a different size online. I tried few rings in store for the size and was happy with the size so placed an order with the White City store as I was told. I had no communication regards to my delivery confirmation or tracking no after contacting the store and speaking with the assistant she send me the tracking no by WhatsApp. I had to follow up regarding the delivery process and delays of the delivery. After receiving the ring the size was too big with no invoice attached with the box.i was so disappointed with the whole experience and requested with the refund When speaking with the assistant at White City branch she told me the process of the refund of the ring. When confirming with the refund process I used a £17,00 voucher to pay for the ring as the total was £128.00 for the ring the assistant told me the voucher is only one time use. Which I’m so dissatisfied with the service and no further help of even going beyond to meet my expectations and requirements of the service I wanted, I will not be buying from you again.

Ridiculous returns policy

Ridiculous returns policy.
Online and store returns policies are completely different, which caused a great deal of distress after I travelled to the Manchester store just to be told I wouldn’t get a refund. Being registered disabled makes travel extremely difficult. Customer service provided no service or resolution whatsoever. Never again!
Update after their reply to my review I emailed them just to be told the same thing! What kind of service gives you information you already now know???
No offer of a resolution or gesture, ridiculous experience even sillier customer service.
