Where to begin? Firstly I saw an advert on one of the social media sites and liked the look of the knife and even better there was a buy one get one free offer. Amazing. Ordered direct from the link provided and paid. However a long wait ensued. It was dispatched being China? Not a good sign but maybe I could be lucky. Oh no I was not lucky at all. I received one. Emailed the site and told I'd made a mistake? But given a discount code to buy another one with a large discount. Why? It wasn't not my mistake.
What really rubbed salt into the wounds I performed an image search on Google only to find the £39.99 knife was available for $5.99 at Walmart, £4.99 on Alibaba, £4.49 AliExpress and £4.74 on temu all the same spec with the cheap plastic "faux leather" case advertised as real leather.
I'd say avoid the site with all you have. If you see a tool on their site do a Google image search and get the same tool for a much smaller price.
I've tried to sort this with the seller but nothing. So I guess I'd rather warm others and not be ripped off. Poor tool, awful case, cheap and nasty and customer that's so bad and leave you out of pocket, ripped off, angry but lesson learned I hope this helps other not fall for the same mistakes I made shop around and get a better price elsewhere

I requested to cancel my order within a few hours, well before it was genuinely dispatched. Despite this, the company marked the item as “shipped” the following day.
The tracking provided has never shown any real progress or confirmation of shipment, which raises serious concerns about whether the item was ever actually sent.
I then had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Only after doing this did the company contact me offering a full refund — but on the condition that I cancel the dispute first, which is not appropriate.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with poor communication and questionable practices around shipping and refunds. I would advise others to be cautious.

Quite happy with my knife, we fish a lot and this knife was exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Placed an order with them I never received. The customer service was rude & unhelpful. The only reason I gave them one star was because there was not an option to leave no stars.
