Utterly incompetent. Cannot answer the phone properly. Lost my documents. Said they "stuck them in Royal Mail". What exactly did I pay for? Not delivered what was described.

Smooth Efficient Process
Excellent Service, good communication via WhatsApp and person to person. Flew in from Moldova to meet them and have my Document Apostilled, met Tom in the morning at Horseguards, document was ready that evening to collect from the pleasant receptionists on Lincoln's Inn Fields. In our current unpredictable world this business restores a form of reliability I had forgotten, full marks.
