I am trusting Apostrophe to help me improve my hormonal acne. I have used the product for a week and I am experiencing more breakout and that I am thinking my skin is just adjusting to the product.

Their website is extremely easy to use, fast communication. I have received my medication on time, together with papers explaining all the important information for each of the medications. Just started today, I will review back in couple of months after I see (hopefully) some results

I was using a different skincare company, when they increased the prices substantially, I chose to research a different company and came across Apostrophe. The process has been extremely smooth with prompt response times from the treating Dr, ordering products, to incredibly quick shipping. I am on my second evening using the topical and oral prescription. I am so excited to see results and share them with others. I am so thankful to have tretinoin back in my skincare regimen, as I know it has made a huge difference having gone without it for a few month and seeing the outcome of doing so.

The shipping was fast and arrived earlier than expected but the Clindamycin topical I ordered was not packaged well. When I opened the lid it spilled out on to my hands and pants. I tried to save some by scrapping it back into the bottle. I just feel like I’m not getting my full prescription because a quarter of it spilled out. I wish it would have come with a pump like the tretinoin did. Regardless of packaging, I am looking forward to using and seeing results!

It's been two months and I haven't seen significant results yet, could be haven't used it long enough, but also I'm starting to doubt the integrity of the product I received because my package and bottle were very hot to the touch after getting it out of my mailbox. One of the instructions that came with the package specifically states to store it at room temperature and avoid excess heat, so that got me worried because I live in FL and it's pretty much hot and humid from Apr to Oct. So I contacted the customer service team, they had several people trying to explain, one of them had me sending in a couple of pictures, and they deemed that it "should" be okay, another one said they test their products in room temperature but don't have any temperature controlled delivery method in place, and yet somehow the testing in room temperature is comparable to FL's 90+ degrees apparently, which I very much doubt. I suggested to at least have signature required for delivery so that at least it won't just sit in the mailbox, they said for that I'd have to contact USPS and might have to pay extra smh. The explanations just kept on getting cloudier from person to person, so I gave up. I personally will be skipping the summer months just to be safe.

Apostrophe was very straight forward and easy to use. The physician was very helpful, and took into consideration what I my previous skincare routine was. Shipping was super fast! Honestly, I am super happy with my experience! I highly recommend!

It's going well so far. My only complaint is that on the pump container the treatment cream is in, it came with the tube not attached to the pump. So I have to shake it upside down to pump it and hard to tell what is "half a pump." I can see the tube in the product and tried to get it out with tweezers to reattach it to the top, but was unsuccessful. Just disappointed because of how expensive it is.

Update:
I saw their response and my bottle did start pumping correctly after a few days of use. Unless I happened to be unlucky, there should be some sort of information on that in the info sheets sent. I spent over 15 minutes my first use just trying to get product to pump out. So leaving rating as is.

it was really easy and pretty quick too and they explain everything and how it’ll be working in your body/for ur skin it’s pretty epic. i’ve taken this medication before so i know it’ll work for me soon (only just started it like literally yesterday) - it’s just nice to have it accesible to me thru the mail rather than having to find a derm near me that takes the kind of insurance i have.

I am loving this company so far. I received my diagnosis and prescriptions quickly, and they were mailed directly to me, I didn’t even have to go in to a pharmacy! The packaging was cute and even came with little stickers to decorate the containers with. I loved my detailed plan and am looking forward to my skin journey.

The process was super easy and convenient. I have received my 1st shipment with 0 issues. I will continue to update my review as the new skin journey goes on. I also love that you get cute little stickers with your prescription, I'm 25 but it honestly made me feel like a kid again.

I just tried them out and am extremely disappointed. I feel scammed right now. I input all my information and answered the questionnaire. Submitted the payment and received a treatment plan appx. 30 mins later. The plan included 2 medications: spironolactone and azelaic acid. The message that came with it referenced hormonal acne several times. I was confused bc in the survey response, I confirmed that I do NOT get hormonal acne. I asked about this and was advised that there was a “hormonal component to every single female with acne be it a 10 year old or a 70 year old”. Makes sense, but I’m not sure why the questionnaire asked me this question, if this is the case. I then noticed the medication prices through Apostrophe were WAY higher than my local pharmacy, so I asked if the prescription could be transferred to my local pharmacy. They eventually provided me a number that my pharmacy must call. According to my pharmacy, they tried calling the number provided a few times, but would get transferred and then hung up on repeatedly. This has been a really disappointing experience thus far.
