absolutely awful. They have told me to open an account as they dont return monies to a joint account..This is my only bank account yet they managed to take monies from that account!!

This is a very frustrating e-wallet to say the least.When you make a deposit all is seamless, when you have to withdraw it is a whole other hussle. Customer support keeps giving the same generic responses and eventually ignore subsequent inquiries. How can your technical team not be able to resolve what you term as a temporary problem for over 24hrs now?
I am disappointed and once this withdrawal is completed I will close my account. I cannot keep following up on the same complaint

What can I say? Just amazing! Though you take long to resolve a case on transactions, but I understand it is a matter of trust; however, when someone provides all his/her details on the same you can take the shortest time possible because the cash was purposely to do something maybe urgent.

Physical card deactivated
I've been using it for the past year as a wallet, a few months I requested the physical card. I didn't need to use it, till a few days ago when I was gonna travel, where I realized it was "deactivated". I thought i could ask them to activate my card again, but no, they have to send me another physical card all over again (instead of reactivating the one I already have)
That's completely ridiculous and I've never seen such a thing. If I ask for another one, I use it and then don't use it for another few months till my next trip I'm gonna have to ask for another one all over again.

Not diligent and hard to get responses

Obviously, Astropay is one of the very few wallets out there that work seamlessly. But the moment you encounter any technical problem like transaction failure or even funds did not credit to your account, this is when you will have some hard time dealing with it due to the lack of human chat support and their not so diligent email support team.
I encountered a deposit problem and reached out to their email support on 09/30 with the case ID - 39546811. Despite writing multiple emails they seem very reluctant to provide any updates on emails. As of 10/01, the case is open will no responses.

Started on the wrong foot, but took a good turn
Had some issues in the beginning, but support helped me and managed to sort things out. Part of the internal team reached out through other platforms to explain what caused the issues and ensure it wouldn't happen again which I think gave a personal touch to the interactions. They are working on the speed of their replies, everything has been working fine for the last couple of months.
