They promised a card without fees and instead...

They promised a UnionPay card without montly fees with great spending limits, I subscribed and paid for it in 2019.

I received the card but it never worked, not even one day.

For months they said that "there are some minor technical issues that will be addressed shortly", but absolutely nothing changed.

After one year I decided to give up, I asked refund (that I got, even if in a strange and never heard of coin) and they proposed me a new visa card with very high monthly fees on top of a quite expensive shipping.

I checked closely their telegram channel and it's full of people coming to complain but as soon as they read the bad messages they delete them and ban the user, this is crazy.

In other words: the company is a half scam, and I would suggest you to avoid it.
