Joined as a trial member, CTA don't support my exchange or wallets. Their web site advises they can add exchanges so I did send a request via e-mail to support & via the web bot with no response after 10 days. I won't be paying for a subscription at this rate! ...Can't recommend.
This company app.cryptotaxcalculatoraustralia.com.au/ Took my money with no support and no outcome. Used them in a previous year, it was easy then, this time I have been unable to upload the CSV getting an error each attempt. Emailed for help followed up and emailed numerous times with only one reply at a much later date that they would get back to me.... .... they never did and after emailing again with weeks of no response I have given up, no refund as they cant be reached. Poor show dont bother going here you wont get support if you ever get a reply and they just STEAL your money instead, what a joke you guys are.
