Honestly, Leadsgorilla is an amazing tool. I never imagined something this powerful existed.

I've been using LeadsGorilla and it's been solid for my small marketing agency. The platform is easy to use (takes some set up) but works well for finding quality leads and creating cool reports I can use to provide value and close deals. Their support team is quick to responsive and helpful whenever I have questions.

If you offer Local SEO or GMB management, you NEED LeadsGorilla. Seriously, stop manually searching for clients! What sold me on the lifetime plan was the sheer professionalism and speed. I´m a new customer at LeadGorilla. The customer service is so bad... They completely ignore you.
I have bought one-time payment service. After three days.. Nothing have happened yet.
I´m still wating for to resolve the issues so I can estar using this application.
PS: for any reason, the original review rated with one star, now has been turned to "five star".... I have chenge it to "one star".

I just bought the lead gorilla 2.0, after making the payment I did not receive the login details till now. I dont think it's worth it

Don't trust
They don't give refund.software have to much bags also poor support system.

I spent $45 on a scam. After more than 24 hours I have not received the login credentials.

SInce I bought it two weeks ago website has been down for days at a time on multiple occasions.

Reports simply refuse to function and when they do, produce innacurate results.

Very bad software, if you are reading this review before puchasing heed my warning or you'll regret it.

I purchased the product around April 2025 but then decided to upgrade. I paid for it then I wanted to buy the Upgrade to Agency on 12 July 2025. I received no longer details, there is no Refund Button on the site - the 30 day refund dont exist and you cant lodge a ticket or complain. After 5 emails and emailing the head of the organisation, I have received neither the Product Login nether was my Money refunded because it does not exist. Be carefull with dealing with this company losts of smoke and mirrors - you think you buying something then they sucker you in to buy more stuff and more stuff....I have lost $54 luckily it was not more

I used to spend hours scrolling through Google trying to find potential leads it was honestly draining. Since I started using the Leads Gorilla App, the process has become so much easier. It does the heavy lifting and finds leads based on my filters, so I can focus on reaching out instead of searching. It’s saved me a ton of time.

I have used Leadsgorila sometime in March 2021, after the purchade I got access to my account.
I went ahead to get the API KEYS which gave me quite a headache on Google Cloud Console.
After series of tries their site failed to accept the API KEYS I created. So I messaged them, they didn't reply until I sent a message up to 3 times, before the replied.

After 5 tries and a help of a friend, I later got thw API Keys to work on their site.

Believe me, I was actually in Nigeria at the time of this incident, and after connecting the API KEYS successfully, it works just fine.

I was able to use the Google Maps Business Search Console to search out businesses and categorise them accordingly. I was also able to download PDF reports of Businesses that I found, and their full contact emails and Websites were properly aligned in the report.
It was all good until it later stopped working due to API Keys again, an this time it was in 2022 that was after a year of using it. But I paid for a lifetime usage actually..

Now I moved to the UK, and recently got another package again with them.
I have my dashboard as usual, but having probelms with API Keys again.

My Friends, please if you are reading this message from me, believe me, it may work well if you do it right. I am saying this because I've used it for a year and enjoyed it from 2021 to 2022 - I have proofs I can show if need be.

Currently, I am yet to get the settings for my current API Keys which I just bought a few days ago and is giving me API Rejection probelms.

So, for now, I'll rate them 2 stars for not making it an easy go for those who have had experience with it, if not I'd say 5stars..
For now I give them 2 stars.

You see this promotional video promising you all these cool features (unlimited lead access, AI assistant, PDF promising you extra income sources) all for the bargain price of $37 - LIES - What you do is you quickly find out about all the hidden costs. 1. They hit you for the $12.99 for the AI assistant 2. They hit you for the PDF ($10) and then 3. they hit you for the VAT 4. Their English is terrible, they speak RUSSIAN fluently and that alone was cause for suspicion. On further investigation you find out they're from the Russian state of Romania. A country synonymous with dishonesty - with IT companies being top of the line.

They will refuse your refund even though they state there is a 30 day money back guarantee.

This organization SPAMS via SMS and have major concerns over it's regulation / compliance in most jurisdictions. I receive unsolicited communications from this company regularly for "Black Friday Sales" when it's freaking February... company is a joke.

Do business with an organization that doesn't have shady business practices.

Utter pile of crap. It doesnt bring back any search results!

there is a very limited amount of search volume. its clearly not picking up the amount of data it should from google maps. i wasted money buying this
