Good design, customer service unexistent.
After endless months of seeing the ads for this app, I grew curious enough to create an account. I just filled in the payment requirements and the website is still full of "Get Qalbox!!!" banners in purple that partly cover the site. I checked the "My Account" section to make sure I filled in the payment requirements right and it is working properly. Turns out not. I repeat the process and check. Nothing. I have filled in the payment info 5 times at least, and still, the site is telling me to choose a plan because I haven't chosen one. Even if that was the case, the 7 first days are supposed to be free so I should have access to the content -theoretically-, which I don't. I am in Google Chrome, so I am pretty sure it is not the browser's fault. Looks like a great site, and seems worth it but there is NO PLACE on the site -that I have found- where you can contact any customer service, hence the bad review. It's not because of the problem, it's because of the excess of "Pay me!!!" and the lack of "If you need us, contact us".
