Wow I’m reading all the comments and…

Wow I’m reading all the comments and I’m in awe sooo I applied for this card over 3 months ago! Still waiting for my card well card never came and I went from being approved and being told that my card was in transit after I paid all their fees. So I go online to check the status now it says they couldn’t open my account Hmmmm but my card is in transit right?? LIES LIES LIES took my $95 I can’t even contact them now they are saying I will receive a check within 30 days what a load of crap these guys how are they in. Business ripping everyone off and they are getting away with it $95 dollars 35 dollars doesn’t matter they took money knowing that all of this would happen and I’m beyond irritated.. something needs to be done…

I communicated with representatives Kris and Cessa on June 25 and June 26, 2026, through cess and help at reservecreditcard.com.

I was charged two separate fees: a $35 application fee and a $60 program fee, totaling $95. On June 26, 2026, I received written confirmation that my application had been canceled and that a full refund of all fees had been processed. I was promised that the $95 refund would appear in my account within 5–10 business days.

As of July 10, 2026, I still have not received the refund. I have contacted the company several times and filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General. I want the full $95 refund returned immediately.

Reserve Credit Card Scammed People!

Hello! I got scammed with Reserved Credit Card. They asked for an application fee/service fee of $35.00 Then when I was filling in the info, they asked again for another fee of $95! Ridiculous! So I stopped completing the application and did not proceed. I am still disputing with my bank to get a refund of the $35.00. I could not recall what was their customer service phone number that I called. Anybody please post The Reserve Credit Card customer service phone number.

PLEASE BE PATIENT!!!!!! REGARDING RESERVE DIRECT CREDIT CARD.

PEOPLE LISTEN!!!! I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THAT EVERYONE ELSE HAS BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT....I PAID MY FEE'S WAITED, WAITED, AND. WAITED NO CARD FINALLY I JUST GAVE UP AND, WAS GOING TO EAT THAT LOSS.....WELL 1 DAY I CHECKED MY EMAIL AND, WHEN I TELL YOU THIS COULDN'T STOP APOLOGIZING THEY INFORMED ME THAT AFTER 2MONTHS OF WAITING THAT IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS B4 I WOULD RECEIVE MY CARD.....WELL TRUE TO THEIR WORD CARD SHOWS UP IN THE MAIL.....I ACTIVATED THE CARD W/NO PROBLEM IT HAS BEEN WORKING JUST FINE WITH NO PROBLEM I'M ENJOYING IT ALOT.....SO, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 DAY AND ASKED THEM TO BE TRUTHFUL WITH ME AS TO WHY NOT ONLY ME BUT, OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE GOING THRU SO MANY ISSUES TRYING TO GET THE CARD IN OUR POSSESSION? HONESTLY WHAT A SUPERVISOR TOLD ME WAS THAT WHEN THEY 1ST LAUNCHED THE COMPANY THE CARD WAS IN SUCH DEMAND THAT, THEY HAD NOT IRONED OUT ALL OF THE KINKS IN THE SYSTEM AND, ON TOP OF THAT......THEY, DIDN'T HIRE ENOUGH STAFF/WORK FORCE SO NOT ONLY WERE THEY SHORT STAFFED THEY RAN INTO A LOT OF HICCUPS ALONG THE WAY HAVING TO FIX THAT ISSUE AS WELL AS TRAIN NEW STAFF AND, LEARN THE ROPES OF THE SYSTEM AND, DEAL WITH ISSUES AS THEY CAME UP....STAFF WAS LITERALLY OVER WORKED AND, STRESSED OUT TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ACCESS.....SO THEY'VE HIRED A LOT MORE STAFF TO HELP DEAL WITH ANY UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS THEY ARE WANTING CUSTOMERS TO BE A LITTLE MORE PATIENT AS THEY SHIP NEW CREDIT CARDS OUT AND, TO NEW CUSTOMERS...... PEOPLE, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED I HAVE MY CARD IN MY POSSESSION AND, USE IT ALL THE TIME I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT SO, WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID IF YOU'D JUST HOLD ON A WHILE LONGER YOUR CARD WILL ARRIVE...... Dont waste your money or time on directcard. Reserve

They charge me 60. then 35. I waited 2 months for the card it took me another month trying to get it activated because there was no one to take my call and in order to activate it you had to sign up for some type of credit repair that was 195. when i used the card it was decline now they said they are refunding my money but i have to wait 30 days for security purposes before they can even mail it out. its all just a scam dont apply for this card you will be very disappointed who knows if i will ever get my money back.

this company is a major scam!

this company is a major scam!! i applied and got approved on may 23rd, paid the $95 and no card. i called on june 26th and they said they were back logged and it would be 3 more weeks before my card was shipped. i sensed something fishy and said you know what?, just cancel the card and refund my fee please, they said ok and i get a email saying refund will be issued within 10 days. nope, never got it. i've emailed today and basically told them give me my money or ill report you. so now im here to find out who i can go to to get my money back.

I have been waiting on my card since…

I have been waiting on my card since the 16th of June, paid my 95 dollar fee. I finally realized that I hadn't seen it in the mail. So i reached out to customer service, no one has picked up. I got two responses from email, which made no sense. So I checked the status of my card, and the denied me. I'm so upset right now!! I want them closed down forever!!!!!!, I used my hard earned money thinking I could get my credit back in order. This is bad business on a whole other cost!!!

Do not give reserve direct card any of your information. They took money out of my account, never sent me. The card never opened a credit card and then tried to tell me they were going to send me a check for my refund after I called them complaining that I haven’t gotten any information or the card after over two weeks. They’re scammers I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau live with the Attorney General in the Department of financial services. To not give these people any of your information.

I got scammed like many others

I got scammed like many others. According to them I was approved, I paid my program fees of $95 immediately and then after over a month of being assured it was on the way they now said they couldn't open my account and are going to refund my money. Which I have to wait another month for! I have a feeling I will not receive this check at all.

Complete scam!!

Complete scam!!! I completed my application and was accepted. Paid my program fees waited the 10 to 14 business days for my card to come. Received the card yesterday. I went to go activate the card and it showed that I was denied. What a waste of time. How do you accept someone and say congratulations have them pay the fees. We have them wait for the cards and when they go to activate the card, you say unfortunately you were deny most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my 32 years of living. now I have to wait 30 days for me to receive an $80 check in the mail versus them putting in the back of my card didn’t take 30 days for me to pay my program.

This company is fraud 100% fraud they took my money and never issued my card tell me my refund was coming never received it I should have been researched prior to signing them $35 and then $60 if you have a family or even if you don't do not do it it is a scam company they steal your money my bank is in the process of getting my 35 and $60 back reserve card told me via email they will be sending me $35 in a check who does that anymore it's 2026 this is some little prick he'll probably still lives in his parents basement who's running a scam do not send her harder and money to these people with this person you will not receive your card and you will not receive your money back unless your bank fights for it for you I tried to call them several times and only spoke to an agent once who used the phrase more better yes more better terrible experience I would not even consider this people be careful

Apply for the card pay the fees

Apply for the card pay the fees. The first time I called they said I should get it by the end of the week. The second time I called they said I would get it by Wednesday. The third time I called, which didn’t make sense. They said they would manually process it now I log going to check it. They’re going to refund my money of $95 to start the program. This is just a total scam and I see many other bad reviews do not apply for this card. They are bullshit. I feel they collecting people information to scam.

They just checked a bag off us for sure . Do the math . If 100k people sent 95 dollars in fees , they literally have millions in the fraudulent company . I hate that people that are on a fit income and disabled lost out on 95 dollars . Plus watch they never send the checks out. It don’t take 30 days to issue no refund. My best advice is to share on Facebook and social media for others not to do it and be scammed.

same as everyone else. waited 2 months, got several promises of the card being on the way. logged in today and it seems im one of many, if not all potential customers, that had their account closed today. i suspect its a scam to phish for information like SSN.
