So I applied for the Reserve Card and was approved at which time I was sent a link to my bank account and had to verify a 35.00 payment after which I got nothing else from them and can't connect anyone. I live on Social Security and SSI
so here's the play
so here's the play- they approve you for $300 you pay $95 to have it sent, when you get the card to activate you pay an additional $195 for some bogus credit repair charge. so that's $290 , you're using your own money like a secure card. real scammy

Surprise hidden fees I have yet to receive a card that I've been waiting on since May 19th I received an email on May 19th stating that I would be receiving my card between May 27th and May 29th I contacted customer service when those dates expired support told me that rest assured I would receive my card the first week of June we are now into the second week of June and I have yet to receive a card when I log into the account it's states that my card is only approved it has not even been created shipped nothing it's probably the worst decision I've made on opening a credit card to try to build credit I do not recommend using the reserve card
People be scamming
Ordered this card like a month ago, finally came in today. I paid all the fees when I got approved for the card. Card comes in, I activate it, or try to activate it via the website then it says I gotta call this BS number to activate it. No one will take the call at all.

I paid the $95 fee then I waited a couple weeks and didn't get the card so I emailed them about it and I also looked on trust pilot and seen where people were in the same situation as me paid the $95 fee and then never receive their card at that point I emailed them and demanded either tracking information for the card or some sort of update or refund of my $95 after a few emails and them not being able to provide any sort of update at all that the card even exist or got shipped or even made they eventually gave in and canceled the card and are supposed to be refunding my $95 so I'll be monitoring my bank to see if I get my 95 bucks back in the next 10 days if not I'll be disputing it with my bank and all regulatory entities including my lawyers. Idk if this is a legit card or not but I would avoid it at this point.

Paid my fees in April was told I would have my card May 27-29.it finally arrived on June 13 .now I can’t get anyone on phone to activate it total scam.
Pure scam they some weak mfs!!!
DON’T DO IT; SCAM ALERT
Paid $95 in program fees for my card on April 23. Finally received my card today(June 12). Thought it was odd that after going to the website to activate my card, I also had to call for activation. Called and they told me I had to enroll in “credit cpr” to activate my account and it would cost an additional $195. Told them “no” and they cut it down to $119. Told them I didn’t need the service and activate my card or give me a refund. They were adamant about the program so I cancelled my card and got my refund. This is a scam and people should stay away
They are full of shit 💩 they are…
They are full of shit 💩 they are scammers and and they give you the same excuse every time you call them.
Do not get this card. They are scammers.
My experience with DirectCard Reserve has been extremely frustrating and they are a scam. DO NOT get this card.
I applied after seeing an Instagram advertisement, paid the required fees, was approved, and then waited approximately 2.5 months to receive my card. After finally receiving it, I called to activate the card and spoke with a representative who talked so quickly that I had difficulty understanding what was being explained. I believed I was simply activating my card.
Later, I discovered that approximately $195 in additional charges had been added for a credit protection product. Had I understood that I was agreeing to nearly $200 in additional charges on top of the fees I had already paid, I would have declined it.
I contacted customer service multiple times seeking answers and called 810-775-2581 (Michigan), 218-322-0411 (Minnesota), and 855-945-4898. I was repeatedly told the charges could not be removed or was directed to another department. I spent hours trying to get a clear answer and resolution. Having multiple different phone numbers to different states is highly suspicious.
The combination of the lengthy delay in receiving the card, the disputed charges, the multiple phone numbers, and the difficulty obtaining a resolution caused me to lose confidence in this program. I have requested proof that I knowingly consented to the additional product and charges.
Due to my concerns regarding the enrollment process and disputed fees, I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and my state's Attorney General's office and requested that the matter be reviewed as well as the issuing bank.
My advice to anyone considering this card is to carefully review every fee, ask questions about any optional products, and request clarification before agreeing to anything over the phone, if you can even understand them.
Colossal headache and eventual scam
got approved in April finally got the cart 6/12. found it weird they didn't have an automated system to activate the card. the phone number would tell you all agents where busy then hang up on you and it would tell you that their phone service provider would monitor the call for training and such. finally got someone and he gave pitch. then wanted to sell us a credit protection plan for $195. then when we declined the plan they told us we didn't have a choice. that in order to activate the card we HAD to sign up for the credit protection/monitoring plan. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID. AVOID THIS CARD AT ALL COSTS. IT IS A SCAM!!! we lost our daycare because of these people!!
This company is a scam!! Stay away!
This company is a scam!!! Stay away!!
Got approved may 8th I paid the 35$ and was immediately asked to pay another 60$. I declined and asked for a refund. They offered to waive the 60$ fees so I accepted. I waited over a month and my card finally arrived today. I spent over an hour trying to get someone on the phone to get the card activated. I was told that in order to activate the card I had to pay a mandatory 195$ for credit repair from my 300$ limit I said F$)& no and demanded a refund. My bank just sent me an email saying my 35$ was being refunded!
Scammed me out of $60
Scammed me out of $60. They want $190 more for a credit service. Do not give them any money. It took 2 months to get my card!
All fees, no card, and a plentiful amount of lies.
I paid 95$ in fees beginning of April. Since then it's been nothing but excuses. There's no app, the social media shortcut buttons on the website are fake, and they've given no proof any progress has been made on their side. It has been over 2 months and every single person I have talked to from this company has lied absolutely constantly non stop.
Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else. DO NOT get a card this is an absolute scam. Never received my card. Its been over a month.
They are full of crap and they are…

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Same as everyone else. Was approved for $300 line paid the $95 fee and told it would be mailed 10-14 business days. Paid 4/30 and it is now 6/3 and still no card. Got the email stating it should arrive 5/27-5/29. This is a complete SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Still waiting on a refund and the guy stated I hope you know you can never reapply to this card in the future. I HOPE YOU KNOW I WOULD NEVER BE DUMB ENOUGH TO REAPPLY TO YOUR SCAM!
