Horrible experience and poor customer service if you bought a trial then need to cancel they refund 1-2 weeks thats awful.

Tracker Bot is a thief- I signed up to them with a professional package whilst on trail next day Blue care express charged me £30 for what and why did tracker Bot pass my bank details to them without my authority just spoke to Tracker bot rep they are useless and keeps pushing me to speak to BlueCare express hold on why should i? and why you committing fraud with me bank details by passing by bank detail to third party? know got my bank involved possibly police how dare you pass my bank details and charging me whatever you like - Bet your going to reply saying in touch with you lol i have last few days nothing actioned (anyone wants proof like this message ill show my BS and Tracker Bot useless messages)

Dont bother, complicated + bank card excercise strings attached
Started my trial but wasnt an easy ride at all, too complecated. Within a week decided to leave, they told me not to worry as I couldnt remove my bank card details before the trial ended. Watch out the CANCEL plan option hidden in a bottom right hand corner in the plan section, that I obviously missed. I relied to their email message anyway they kept charging my bank card but when I requrested for a refund, I was told only one refund is allowed. Very unprofessional. I have never given anyone negative review in my life but they have made me to do this. Thanks
