In the past I used uniswap for…

In the past I used uniswap for purchasing Hex. The Hex token has now been removed from the uniswap frontend. Why did they remove it? There are hundreds, if not thousands of honeypot and other scam tokens for sale on uniswap that make people lose all their money, but for some reason honest projects gets removed. What token will they ban next? Cardamo, DAI, ethereum?

Falling Short of True Decentralization

Falling Short of True Decentralization

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

I approached Uniswap with the expectation of being part of a truly decentralized cryptocurrency exchange platform. However, my recent experiences have compelled me to question their commitment to this principle.

Uniswap markets itself as a hub for seamless decentralized cryptocurrency swaps, but the reality seems to be otherwise. For instance, they delisted HEX, which feels like an unnecessary step if the platform was truly decentralized. This action seems to suggest Uniswap's readiness to bend to the whims of regulatory bodies like the SEC, rather than standing by the essence of decentralization.

Moreover, despite their claims of being a 'crypto' platform, Uniswap operates with physical offices based in Brooklyn. This inherently contradicts the philosophy of cryptocurrencies, as it provides a physical target for government intervention. The fact that these offices could be closed by government action undermines the idea of Uniswap being a completely decentralized platform.

Comparatively, projects like PulseChain, HEX, and PulseX embody the true ethos of crypto and decentralization. They are fully decentralized, meaning they cannot be shut down or manipulated by any centralized entity.

In conclusion, while Uniswap offers a service within the crypto space, their recent actions and infrastructural decisions have led me to question their commitment to genuine decentralization. For those seeking an authentic decentralized experience, I would advise exploring other options.

Uniswap.org goes Centralized

Uniswap.org , uniswap.exchange has delisted hex. Why? Appears to be centralization war on all crypto. No freedom here. They are coming for all crypto to phase in controlled crypto, which isn't crypto.
