What a grotesque service you have, I didn't accept the second payment it's illogical for something I'm complaining you charged on your own the second charge I'm going to leave bad reviews for scammers And I'm going to proceed with a dispute, it's not for the moment, it's because of the deprorable service they provide and because I contacted you in the first instance to cancel that second charge that you charged because I'm sure I didn't make any second purchase, your application, by the way, horrible and unintuitive

Avoid upfollow Io at all costs. This service is a complete waste of money.
Here is why:
• Low Quality: They promise engagement, but you get obvious fake accounts (mostly bots from India) that will ruin your Instagram reputation and reach.
• Massive Drops: Within just one week, I lost over 200 followers because Instagram's filters detected and deleted them immediately.
• No Guarantees: When I contacted support to report the drop, they refused to compensate or refill the lost followers, stating they "guarantee nothing."
• No Refunds: They deny all responsibility and refuse to return your money.
Even if you are looking for shortcuts, this company is the worst choice. Their "service" will only get your account flagged or shadowbanned.
