I'm really sorry to do this, but this has been happening to me more and more. When you try to cancel, it's hidden away somewhere, or if you find it, it just doesn't work. And when you contact a company through support (which is slow), they don't respond, and then you get billed again the next month, and then again the next month. This is like highway robbery, and I wish it would stop. If the only way I can do it is to put a review like this in, then I guess I'll do it. I'm sorry that this had to happen.
